You don’t have to live in reactionary mode all the time. Your internal sense of urgency to quickly respond to every email, text, and thought needs to be kept in check by consciously pressing a pause button and checking in with Me first. The more you practice this, the easier life will get. I want to guide and help you live a life of greater ease. Not every matter is urgent. Some things can wait.
