I Make All Things Manageable

You are tired. I see your fatigue. Allow Me to slow the pace today. I can renew your energy simply by not overwhelming you. Take it easier – just one thing at a time. There is so much benefit to slowing this way. You can be intentional about not taking on more than what is needed. Let others step up to the plate, and relax as you hand off some of that responsibility. Don’t forget that I am yours for the day, too, so hand some of it off to Me, as well. I will lighten your load and make all things manageable.

That Central Place of Knowing

Somewhere deep inside, you already know that I am with you and for you. You recognize that you are loved for exactly who you are in that central place of knowing. The world and its challenges make awareness of that deep truth murky and blurred. I call out to you, “Be still…I am here, waiting.”  Find Me here, and recognize once again that I’ve been with you all along. You are never alone or forsaken. Whatever is going on, we can handle it together. Let My love originating from that central place refresh and enliven you once again.

Calming Interventions

This simple truth and these calming interventions can be enough to fuel you to start your day at ease and prepared for delight. Listen for and acknowledge My Presence in the morning light, and be refreshed and renewed.

Love is the Next Best Thing

Just love. My message to you today is as simple as that. Some use the phrase “do the next best thing”. I can assure you that if your motivation is to show love, it will definitely be the next best thing you can do. It’s important to toss some healthy self-love in the mix, too. Your whole life doesn’t have to be about serving others to the point of depleting yourself. Do what is needed to fill your bucket first, then go out refreshed and ready to live and love well.

Carving out alone time with Me is essential, adding fuel to your tank so you can move calmly about your day and into your future. Thank you for spending time with Me and allowing Me to fill you with all the love and motivation you need. You don’t have to calculate how much energy you think you have to expend; I will supply all you need and then some. Watch and see with eager anticipation. There is more than enough in store for you!

Okay, so you’ve made some mistakes…and some habits are tough to break. Still, I can make all things new if you are open to Me and willing to work on it. Whatever habit you really desire to change for your wellness can definitely happen. Picture Me helping. I’ll give you courage, willpower, and positive energy to make blessed changes happen. Joy is around the corner. Trying to do it all on your own willpower would be rougher than it needs to be, so ask for My help and lean into Me. Together we can change for the Good.

How You Invest Your Thought Time

It is important to fill your head with messages that edify, not destroy. Be cautious with how you invest your thought time. There is so much out there in social media and on screen that feeds dark thoughts with distressing images that are hard to let go of. Pick something else to read or watch today; something that will brighten your mood or help you grow in compassion and insight to others. This is a kindness you can do for yourself and something that will have My hand in it. Think on things that are pure and lovely today, and see how this lifts your spirit.

Down Time

Today, pay attention to the gift of “down time”. I generously carve out pockets of time with fewer demands so that you can refocus and rejuvenate. It’s important to let go of the constant pressure to perform. I call you away from this anxious lifestyle to find better balance. Allow yourself to just “be”. Soak in what you see, hear, or taste in the moment. Stay with Me a while in this palace of peace and mindfulness. Observe how calming this is, and how much better you function when you take time out to be still, – even if just for a few moments each day.

Get Back On Track

It’s time to get  back on track. You’ve been down, blocked, and unmotivated for a long while from the weight of the world’s perils. I long to renew and refresh your Spirit. Turn to Me and ask for help with an open heart so that I may get in and do My handiwork. I designed you to be a person of HOPE and LIGHT, – one that beams and is not muted or dull. Your surroundings have been heavy for months, but I call you to a new dawn and a new day. Life with Me can be excitingly new and fresh. Your true self is meant to be an inspirational encourager. Come with Me, eager for this new day and revived outlook.

Let Me Soothe Away the Strain

Know that I am God. My desire isn’t to have you work yourself to the bone. I want you to treasure your spirit as I treasure you. Lay your weary head on My shoulder. Let Me soothe away the strain. I am indeed pleased with you. Work less hard in the sense of taking things one task at a time and not overwhelming yourself. Look for Me in the eyes of others who see you as kind, compassionate, and capable. They recognize your fatigue, too, so there’s no need to hide it. Close your eyes and rest on My shoulder as needed today. Let Me help comfort and rejuvenate you as you drink from My well.
