Moving takes more effort on days like today when you are tired and your head feels groggy. I see; I hear; I know. I love you through it all. Rest your weary head upon My kind shoulders and let Me support you for a minute. Close your eyes and sigh, releasing the grief and the weight of the world. Remind yourself once again that it is not all up to you to handle. Even if it takes all of your energy to trudge into the day, I still want you to move in and take one step forward. Start with just that one step, trusting that I will be helping. Before you know it, you will be walking again with energy, drive, and purpose, – but it all starts with that one step.

You’ve got this, simply because “WE’ve” got this. Stick with Me today, arm-in-arm, facing each task with energy and drive fueled by Holy passion. Watch as I give a smiling side-eye to you, knowing what’s in store and all that will be accomplished. Then, at the end of the day, rest with Me as you reflect upon all the Goodness that was had. I work like that in, with, and through you and others. On that you can rely.

Even on days when you are energized, still try to do just one thing at a time. Multi-tasking may trip you up, lending itself to frenetic behavior and added, undue anxiety. Slow and steady. Use that energy to focus on listening and pausing for clarity from Me. Let Me guide your steps today.

It’s okay to take it easier now and then, but a sedentary lifestyle promotes depression. I desire more for you than a sedentary life. More activity, more interest, more creativity. Get your act in gear. I will help. Shift to a “let’s DO something” mindset and see how you inspire others when you do so. It doesn’t have to be activity that others notice, though. Just start by moving about, and this will help energize and motivate you.

You are tired. I see your fatigue. Allow Me to slow the pace today. I can renew your energy simply by not overwhelming you. Take it easier – just one thing at a time. There is so much benefit to slowing this way. You can be intentional about not taking on more than what is needed. Let others step up to the plate, and relax as you hand off some of that responsibility. Don’t forget that I am yours for the day, too, so hand some of it off to Me, as well. I will lighten your load and make all things manageable.

I don’t like seeing you depleted and fatigued. Let Me rejuvenate you from a source deep within. Carving out alone time with Me is essential, adding fuel to your tank so you can move calmly about your day and into your future. Thank you for spending time with Me and allowing Me to fill you with all the love and motivation you need. You don’t have to calculate how much energy you think you have to expend; I will supply all you need and then some. Watch and see with eager anticipation. There is more than enough in store for you!

I know your heart and its ways – how you long for time alone and rest. I see how you push yourself to accomplish many things as you interact with others daily. I have plans in store that account for your abilities as well as for your needs. Seek balance between giving of your time and finding rest. The ebb and tide of life’s demands requires that you take time to replenish. It’s important to make time to observe and gear up as well as to extend yourself. Like tidal waves that reach the shore then retreat for a while, only to roll back again later, I will give you enough energy to accomplish each task for My purposes. I will shed light on what to pursue in your heart, and will also supply rest and refreshment. Step slowly, watching for My hand in your day’s plans. Feel the Spirit’s flow of extending, reaching, and then retreating. Rest in My perpetual call to love and to rest.

It’s a gift to truly sit still, absorbing sights and sounds in the present moment. You can allow memories to surface, or thoughts and imagined scenarios for future events to rise and be acknowledged, but try to return to awareness of the present. Now, picture Me sitting with you, – noticing the same things that catch your attention. Smile at our connectedness that occurs without words. I am oh-so-familiar with your every thought and reaction. Tenderly, turn your gaze to Me, sensing My all-consuming love for you. Push busy-ness aside and see what joy I can stir up for you as you spend time with Me like this. Let Me re-energize you by restoring balance and rest in your life.

Don’t be scared. I know who you are and what you are capable of. I have the plan and the means already taken care of! I am still strengthening you for big things – and GOOD things. So I say it again: don’t be scared. When I am with you and for you, all is on track for wellness. Focus on My mission for you today, which is just to take one thing at a time, – no more, no less. You can do it, partnered with Me all the way. I call you to the calm energy within which will drive and sustain you. That energy comes from My love, alive in you.

Some days are just plain hard to get going. I recognize that. No matter how much you feel weighed down, though, I am with you to help jump-start your day. I carry the heaviest burdens so you don’t have to strain yourself. Instead of taking on a “woe is me” attitude, picture Me smiling and saying, “I’ll take care of that.” Hand over your hardest or most mundane tasks to Me and move on to something else. See how this act of trust in Me improves your energy and shifts your focus. Before you know it, the day will have passed and things will have gotten done in satisfying ways. Partner with Me like this all day and see joy being renewed in your heart.
