Moving takes more effort on days like today when you are tired and your head feels groggy. I see; I hear; I know. I love you through it all. Rest your weary head upon My kind shoulders and let Me support you for a minute. Close your eyes and sigh, releasing the grief and the weight of the world. Remind yourself once again that it is not all up to you to handle. Even if it takes all of your energy to trudge into the day, I still want you to move in and take one step forward. Start with just that one step, trusting that I will be helping. Before you know it, you will be walking again with energy, drive, and purpose, – but it all starts with that one step.

There is time enough for everything – even self-care. The last thing I intend is for you to feel discouraged or defeated. Carve out alone time and quiet time today to meet with Me for restoration. I know you and your deepest thoughts and concerns. I see a different side of you. Where you see cynicism, I see hope. Where you catch negativity, I see a glimpse of possibility. Take notice: I call to you subtly and softly when you slow your mind’s activity enough to be aware of My Presence. I am not just “near”, – I am within you, looking out through your eyes and surrounding you fully. There’s no need to spend so much time comparing, contrasting and rating yourself against others. This sadness Me, because all I ask is for you to love one another and yourself. Learn to recognize the built-in Goodness inherently pairing you and I. This will help you treat yourself and others with more compassion. I will protect you from harm when you encounter ridicule from others who don’t know or trust My Presence. Instead of resenting the volume or complexity of all the challenges in front of you, try approaching them from My deep well of compassion and love. Bask in the intimacy of our relationship today. Take joy and comfort in knowing I see you as you sleep, arise, and in your every move. Talk with Me often in your head, acknowledging things you notice, questions you face, and decisions you must make. I can help you choose how to spend your time and what to focus on wisely. Be inspired to do more knowing I place interests, goals, and perspective all as part of My great plan for you. Nothing you do or say goes unnoticed by Me. I don’t criticize your every move, either. I want you to see Me as your great encourager, motioning you to places, tasks, and conversations full of Goodness and meaning. I am powerfully present in it all. I designed you to be capable of many thoughts. Your head is often so full that it gets difficult to find Me in there, too, but I am there…whispering reassurance and providing moments of clarity. I give you suggestions and things to consider. Listen for My voice amidst the clammer, telling you that you are loved, wanted, appreciated, and MINE. I am never going to reject you. Never ever. Stop worrying about pleasing or impressing others. It is inherently part of your nature to attend to many people. In fact, this is so ingrained that you rarely notice the number of lives you impact in a day. Your walk with Me is true and pure in its intent, so you needn’t be so critical of yourself. I am well pleased with you. Start your day allowing yourself to fully receive this message.
