You know that I love you already, right? I want Goodness for you in this day and for your tomorrows. Go now in peace, knowing I am with you. Remain in Me as you go this way or that. Walk lightly, filled with Light because I am with you wherever you go. I am already pleased with you. You have nothing to prove to Me. I work in and through you each and every day, and both now and later, it is Good. Trust this truth.

I am with you on both sunny days and when the clouds seem to be hovering low, weighing down on your thoughts and pressing your Spirit with anxiety shrouding the joy. I see you working so hard to try to do everything “right”, yet feeling afraid that you are missing the mark or falling short. This couldn’t be further from the truth! I never ask more of you than what you’ve already been equipped to give. When that inaccurately critical voice tries to overwhelm you with distorted self-evaluation, stop and face Me. Look to My gaze, so full of complete love, reassurance, forgiveness, and ultimate acceptance. That is the truth about you. You are loving, capable, and kind. Don’t let any little flaws or misperceptions try to convince you otherwise. I love you totally, and you are Mine for all of time.

You know how to appreciate what I am gifting you with in your surroundings. Take it in. I bring art, sounds, nature all before you for your delight. As you notice these things and your heart sings in response I am filled with joy. Take pleasure in times like this when life feels a little easier and generous people open themselves to you. Belief is essential. Healing and relief are possible. You can find peace of mind when you open yourself to trusting in Me and My Goodness. Your own worse-case-scenario imaginings are what trip you up sometimes. Remember, most of the things you fear happening don’t come true. Believe in the best outcomes. Picture things working out when My hand is involved in the design and the trajectory. I love you more than you know, and My plans for you are Good. Believe.

A new day is dawning. I have things for you to do in it which you are uniquely designed to handle well. Take stock in how you are treating yourself during your self-talk. Be kind and encouraging to yourself, believing in My Good plans and your capacity to fulfill them. If you catch yourself using demeaning or anxiety-producing language, stop and return to Me for reassurance. I can help rewrite those scripts. Use a language of love when talking to yourself today and don’t settle for anything less. It will have a far reach when you do, because it spills over into loving conversation with others, as well.

You know how I long for you to be at peace. The easiest and most direct way to get there is sitting before Me and handing everything over with trust in My godly care for your every concern and need. I’ve got this. Breathe in My ultimate and constant love for you. Stop trying to figure out everything that ails you or causes your jaw to clench. Try to stop the incessant planning and imagining what you picture needs to happen. Instead, relax your face. Cry if you need to. Please, just let Me love on you for a while. Let yourself be small, cupped in My attentive Greatness, and find the peace you desire.
