Walk with Me at My pace. Let things slow down a bit and give room to pause now and then. Take a break from noise, electronics, and social media. Look outdoors. Breathe in the stillness and calm. You are so hard-wired to be doing things all the time, but I tell you it’s OK and good to NOT “do” for a while. You are learning the beauty and importance of mastering this skill. Just be and soak it all in with amazement and wonder. Notice the calming effect this has on you and your perspective. Grace-filled moments are all around, so be replenished as life and next steps unfold.
