Down Time

Today, pay attention to the gift of “down time”. I generously carve out pockets of time with fewer demands so that you can refocus and rejuvenate. It’s important to let go of the constant pressure to perform. I call you away from this anxious lifestyle to find better balance. Allow yourself to just “be”. Soak in what you see, hear, or taste in the moment. Stay with Me a while in this palace of peace and mindfulness. Observe how calming this is, and how much better you function when you take time out to be still, – even if just for a few moments each day.
