Releasing Disappointment and Anger

It is better to acknowledge your disappointment and anger, thereby allowing it to be loosened and released quickly. Holding those feelings in or trying to deny them is never healthy. You know that you don’t need to remain under the grip of fleeting feelings like that, because I am a trustworthy God who is ever-present in times of trouble and beyond. Lean into Me when the driving force of emotional winds are strong. I will keep you upright and level-headed, leading you to the stillness outside of its path.
