On Managing Thoughts

You are so critical of your every thought. Sometimes thoughts enter our head that are completely fleeting and irrelevant or inaccurate. Just because a thought enters your mind doesn’t mean you are responsible for placing it there. Consider each thought and release it if it doesn’t align with who you are called to be or how you like to approach life. I’ll help you sort that out. In the meantime, work on recognizing that thought entries are beyond your control and not a sign of inherent goodness or badness. What you DO with them is what matters. Seek the heart of God in what you choose to keep your mindset on, and you can’t be steered wrong.
