Don’t forget about Me. I know it’s easy to get caught up in thoughts and activities, inadvertently pushing awareness of Me to the back burner of your mind. Find ways to move Me to the front: notes, visual aides, intentional activities, and rituals help like lighting a candle or posting a note. The more you “invest” in awareness of Me and the help I have constantly available for you, the more calm and focused you’ll become as a result. Put Me in charge of your day, seeking to know, see, and experience all I have in store for you. Notice what this does to your Spirit, helping you manage anxiety. My aim is for Goodness and I long for you to partner with Me in every moment of it.
