Be wary of things that fill your mind with needless worry. Instead, take intentional breaks from thinking too much. Get up, soak in the views I place in your presence. Notice the beauty, the stillness, and color or sounds. Focus on whatever seems to catch your eye, and acknowledge My companionship in whatever you experience. Remind yourself that you are Mine. In momentary breaks like this I will bless you with the peace of mind you crave.
