Kindness: show it, accept it, receive it from Me. I understand your annoyance, hurt, and anger. Your emotions are reasonable. It’s what you do with them that matters. Attend to the hurt responsibly. Figure out what is beneath the anger, then learn how to express that constructively with loving and good intentions behind the message. Walk away if and when needed.
