I detect that note of sadness inside, – well-hidden from others’ observation. You can come to Me in that vulnerable space because I get it. I know exactly what you are missing, grieving, and disappointed by. It’s okay to be sad like that. I never see it as a sign of weakness. Allow Me to console you, just being near and sitting in that pool of grief together. Soon I will help you rise above it all. There is a season for everything, and joy will come in the morning.

Called To The Quiet
I call you to the quiet. Sit still; hear and absorb tiny sounds all around you. Empty your head of its constant throng of thoughts. Take in the quiet, intended for you. Rest like this allows you to hear Me. I am yours. Hand over all your stress to Me. Pay attention to your body with all its fatigue, pain, and tension. I want to mend the broken parts of your Spirit. The parts that are distrusting, cynical, anxious, sad. In the quiet I wash My Grace all over you, finding its way into each crevice or dark surface. Be filled and covered in Light. Know that I have not abandoned you, – ever! I am aware of your suffering. While your painful experiences may not always disappear, know that I am with you and I am at work to make Good arise out of difficulty.
Worthiness
Many people struggle to accept their worthiness of My unconditional love. I will move mountains to show how much I desire to be with you and in you. You are lovely to Me, and worthy of My time and attention. is that so hard to believe? Today is a great day to praise Me and sit in grateful devotion. Push your mountains of worries, doubt, and distractions to one side and let’s meet in the middle of the ravine, basking in Light and Love for a while. Weep with Me. Release your cares fully to Me because I understand. You needn’t be ashamed of your tears. Know that I understand your sadness and humility as well as your awe, then allow My gentle touch on your whole life in praise and gratitude today.
Press On
I recognize your weariness and the emotion that accompanies it. Your anxiety and stress, – sometimes including sadness or irritability, – leave you feeling overwhelmed. Press on. Come to Me with all of it and rest a while by My side. Let the tears fall. Then, after you have been able to share the load with Me, rise up. Notice that I don’t stay seated, pushing you away while saying “Just get going”. No, – I rise with you. We’ll press on together. We can handle anything this way. Let’s take it slowly, – one day, one hour, one moment at a time.
