Believing You Are Unwanted

It’s so easy to take offense to what others say and do. You must work on protecting yourself from this kind of thinking. Sometimes your head tends to assume hidden meanings behind others actions, believing you are unwanted, which makes you get worked up inside. This is fear-based thinking, – assuming the worst or believing you are unlikeable and unworthy of other’s affectionate attention. Trust Me when I say that this is inaccurate. Take a deep breath when you find yourself reacting like this to an unspoken assumption. Step back a minute and ask Me what the truth is, finding loving reassurance of your worth. Consider offering grace to others, assuming positive intentions underlie their motives instead of presuming they are set against you. Forgive any hurt and move on with My help, knowing you can rise above others actions and walk in the Light of reassurance.
