I love you even when you’re crabby or discouraged. That being said, let’s shake the dust off those tired feet and get moving. I’ll lift your spirit. Telling yourself phrases like “this, too, shall pass”, “maybe it’s not that bad”, or “things are looking up” helps. Choose a new mantra and work on a positive pep-talk to yourself knowing I’m at work in your life and I can be trusted to make change happen.
