Breathe In Light; Exhale Hurt

In whatever you encounter today, focus on My love for you. With every bite of food, every breeze that brushes your face, every friendly greeting from others, be reminded that I love you fully and completely, just as you are. When negative self-talk or assumptions try to take over and influence you, consciously push those thoughts aside. Breathe in trust; exhale hurt. Make room for My love to enfold and inhabit you. I can heal and restore you with light and Goodness as you concentrate on My love calming your nerves and soothing your mind.  

Thankful Trust

I know the pressure you feel. I see the good intentions of your heart. I know you even better than you know yourself. I’ve been trying to teach you an important lesson: the combination of thankfulness and trust. In each moment you have the opportunity to thank Me for something and to trust Me with everything. Pausing in your busy day to acknowledge Me with thankful trust will bring you satisfaction, comfort, and peace. Try it now. Ease your needless anxiety, coming to Me with an appreciative heart so that I can refresh your perspective.

Let Me Be the Time-Keeper

I know it feels like there is never enough time. Countless tasks, chores, activities. The days feel too short and the stress load too much to handle. Let Me be the Keeper of your time. Hold the lists before Me, trusting that I can give you the energy and resources to get things done, one at a time. Know that I nourish you when you build in time for rest and play. Trust My God-clock, doling things in right measure and pacing you through life until the work of My kingdom is complete. I promise to not burn you out because I desire your well-being. It’s OK to not finish everything on the list today. Work on not being so fearful of getting it all done. Release those worries to Me, your Time-Keeper. 

Take a Break from Obsessing

Whatever is burdening you, I urge you to set it down. Take a break from obsessing about it or trying to fix it. Put it next to you on the table and come sit with Me for a bit, instead. Relax in My Presence, – experiencing a return of calm and peacefulness. Even if this is only momentary before you scramble to pick it all back up, remember that you can take a break from fretting as often as you need to. I will be waiting, each time. 

Facing Tasks and Others

Look at how comfortable you are when you take time to sit in My Presence. All the cares of the world seem to wash away, at least briefly. I see your anxiety start to rise as you picture moving into your day, facing a multitude of tasks and encounters with others. This is why I teach you to cling to Me. Like a scared or overwhelmed toddler entering a new place, I will pick you up, comfort you, and carry you in… setting you down and urging you to go interact with others when I deem you are ready. You can look back over your shoulder at any time and be reassured that I am still here, – watching, present, and safe within reach. Go forth with confidence, knowing we are always together. You are Mine. 

The Great Healer

I am the Great Healer touching every wound and soreness. You are dealing with illness and stress; parts of your body are struggling. Discomfort and worry are vying for time in your head. Sit still. Breathe. Really, – breathe deep and relax, clearing your mind out and being present in front of Me. I am watching over you. Whatever needs to be revealed will be shown in due time. Worrying about it won’t help; trusting Me will! I attend to all things – even your uncomfortable symptoms. Picture Me as physician, listening and attending to your description of whatever concerns you. Do what you can to be healthy and well, and let Me take care of the rest. 

Walk With Trust for My Timing

Enter this day with eyes wide open to behold My creation with wonder. Don’t jump too far ahead with planning & worry. All that stress and teeth-grinding is not good for you. I want what is best for you! You’ll be able to accept this more readily as you walk with trust for My timing of all events. Enjoy what I place in your day, engaging all of your senses.

Work at Being Peaceful

It’s okay if you have to work at being peaceful. Your active mind tugs at your efforts, and the world calls you to constant distraction. This is why I teach things like “being present in the moment” and the importance of slowing down. Being at peace requires an intentional choice to pause and meet Me in the present. One glance My way and you will be better able to recognize that all is well. Peace results from a deep will to trust in Me. My Goodness overrides all else in the world. My love for you is real. 

I’ll Help Sort Things Out

I am not a dismissive God. The things you think about are not considered too trivial for My listening ear. Let Me love your tender heart and anxious thoughts today. Please don’t view Me as a critical judge of you. Instead, see Me as a compassionate, attentive, and accepting God. Only then can you begin to release the things that bind you. Using skillful hands, I’ll help sort things out. Let Me take over your worries about the hard stuff so that you can concentrate with peace of mind. Focus only on that which is placed before you today, letting Me take care of the rest. 

I Know What I’m Doing

Things that you are not even aware of are moving in your life. You can walk the straight and narrow in My footsteps while I orchestrate the outcomes, changing things before, beside and behind you. Keep your eyes fixed on Me without worrying about everything else. I know what I’m doing. Let Me be the agent of change instead of you trying to plan for or fix everything on your own. Concentrate on simple tasks one step at a time today. I’ll be busy with the rest, taking careful charge. Go in peace, loving others well and attending to that which I place in front of you today.
