Hungry for Wellness

You are hungry for wellness. In order to be made well, it is important that you recognize you’re already well-made by Me. Find this holy wholeness at your core, in spiritual realms of Goodness woven into every fiber of your being. I mean that! Instead of focusing on what is broken, out of shape, or “imperfect”, tap into seeing the truth of My perfect design. I love you exactly as you are. Find that place inside your soul that knows this to be true, and reintroduce yourself. Commit to taking care of yourself while also being kind to yourself at all costs. This is where true wellness comes into fruition.

Be Tender to Your Inner Self

Be tender and kind to your inner self. Hold every inkling of worry with compassion instead of judging it harshly. But, don’t hold onto it for long. Release your cares to Me with confidence that I listen, and I love you enough to attend to every little thing that distresses you. Ask Me to help handle the unexpected stressors that pop up, too. I am there for you, just like that, in an instant.

Treat Self and Others with Compassion

Take notice: I call to you subtly and softly when you slow your mind’s activity enough to be aware of My Presence. I am not just “near”, – I am within you, looking out through your eyes and surrounding you fully. There’s no need to spend so much time comparing, contrasting and rating yourself against others. This sadness Me, because all I ask is for you to love one another and yourself. Learn to recognize the built-in Goodness inherently pairing you and I. This will help you treat yourself and others with more compassion. I will protect you from harm when you encounter ridicule from others who don’t know or trust My Presence. Just continue the Good work I have started in you and spread the news of hope and love. Rejoice in the dawn of this day!

Your Longing for Confidence

I know your longing for confidence and a sense of inner ease. I also see the frail moments where, in your head, you are susceptible to crumbling to pieces. It’s okay that this happens now and then. Be kind and forgiving to yourself when it does, showing gentle compassion and healthy self-care. I will mend every single piece of that brokenness. No crumb goes unnoticed by Me. Picture Me gazing lovingly at you as I reassuringly pick up piece after piece. I will wipe every tear away and breathe restoration into your deflated spirit. You are resilient and will come through it all well. Make this truth your focus to get you by today.

Don’t Beat Yourself Up

Be kind to yourself today. Actually, do that EVERY day. It will be easier to treat others kindly when you practice this on yourself. Don’t beat yourself up over everything you eat, say, and do. Rehashing everything in your head isn’t serving you well, either. The truth is, I love you unconditionally! I want you to enjoy your food, cut yourself some slack, and be more playful today.  Your kindness, like your compassion, will shine through. You are helping others in ways you may not even recognize.

Reflection of Me

Be your best reflection of Me today. I don’t ask that to pile on pressure to perform. Rather, to reflect Me means to show and share Light in any given situation. Be of good intention in your walk today. A smile and nod to the stranger; a kind word to a colleague; an utterance of self-compassion offered when mistakes happen. Recognize that I am both at your side as well as beaming from within when you do things such as this.

Stop Using Guilt & Worry As Motivators

My love for you is not dispensed only by your good works or positive intentions. My love is totally free and ever-available. This is hard to wrap your head around because you are always trying so hard to “do what’s right” and be “good/kind/considerate enough”. Let Me tell you again that you are already “good enough” for Me and I love you completely as you are. Think about how knowing and trusting the truth of these words may change how you act and think today. Stop using guilt and worry as your motivators. Simply be compelled to be lovingly accepting of yourself and others, relaxing into this God-fueled mindset. As you learn to show compassion for yourself this will ease your distress.

Stop Being Brutal on Yourself

Stop being so brutal on yourself. Daily you are learning how to draw closer in awareness of My Presence. I am the constant in your life, – omnipotent, all-encompassing, and REAL. Live in My Love; forgive, embrace your tenderness, and be thankful. Entrust yourself, flaws and all, into My loving arms. It’s OK to cut yourself some slack. 

Lighten Up on Self-Criticism

Think of the word “softness” today. You can tread lightly wherever you walk, – not driven to impose on others but being gently present instead. I am not hard on you, but you often are on yourself. It hurts when Me when you do that and I ache for you to show more self-compassion, too. Try going softly today – especially lightening up on the self-criticism. You are loved fully by Me, exactly as you are.
