Your voice can be trusted, and I need you to spread My loving comfort in the world. You are full of valid feelings and emotions, yet you are so hard on yourself, judging yourself too critically. I made you capable of being at peace. You are loving and loved! As you treat yourself with tenderness, the emotions that surface will be freed. With practice you can learn to offer yourself better self-acceptance. Once you do that, laughter will well up more freely. Let Me pour out My Grace on you, soothing the anxiety and washing away tension. Allow yourself to picture and live a life of happiness and ease. You can trust and believe that this is actually what I want for you.

Each day people will do small deeds that are inconsiderate or unkind. Sometimes big injustices happen. Even so, I want you to release these irritations and frustrations into My care. Don’t allow your thoughts and emotions to run wild with ideas about how to tell others off or bring about justice on your own. This wastes important energy and will distract you from the peace and joy available within. Don’t get pulled off track today or be derailed by small injustices. Releasing things to My care doesn’t make you a “doormat”. It takes great strength of character to choose to walk away or to treat others with dignity and respect despite their behavior. My way is better. My way will free you and allow you to rise above any circumstance with great calm and internal respect. Pray for your enemies, even if this does not come easily. I will give you the grace, strength and wisdom in how to handle the situation if your heart is intent upon following My way.

I am the ultimate fulfillment. So often people try to find fulfillment in things like possessions, recognition, food, drink, travel, sex, beauty, sports, or…you name it. What they are really looking for is a deep, inward sense of peace and wholeness. What do you value? If you set your sights on things other than knowing Me, being in My Presence, and bringing My love to the world, you will lack in feeling fulfilled. I desire to give you that kind of peace. It’s a perfect fit and true union when we are aligned like this. When things of this world distract you, stress you out, or pull you in all directions, turn your gaze toward Me. Seek Me and you will find peace.

You know when you’ve overdone it. Excessive activity and busy-ness leaves you stressed, fatigued, and crabby. Indulge in some R & R and consider this a Godly move. Choosing to invest in down time for rest will lead to better balance to build up your emotional and spiritual reserves. I need you to be well-balanced, not strung out on overdrive. Honor Me by honoring My design of what brings you joy and peace. Hear My call to give you rest and pleasurable activities These are part of My plan for you, too.

The world wants to fill the space in your head with accusations, criticisms, and complaints. These hurt your heart. I disdain evil, corruption, and hurtful things. Yet I always find a way to respond with love, forgiveness, and hope for a better future where my children also choose to love instead of cause or reciprocate hurt. If you are faced with a situation that wrestles with your head or heart, seek My voice guiding you to the most loving response. Even if you don’t agree with the person or situation, choose to treat them with dignity. You will find that peace reigns when you do this. I will bless you with that kind of distancing and peace. Rise above. Do good unto others. Seek My kingdom first, knowing that My Grace is sufficient to help you with all of these things.

Your biggest Achilles heel is worrying about what others think of you. I am not worried about that like you are. I see things differently. You are so prone to interpreting every glance, grimace, or comment as either positive, favorable, and ‘likeable’; or as negative, disdained, and a ‘turn-off’. Judging people and sizing everything up is deeply ingrained into your habits, yet this is the part I want you to work on with Me. Ask Me to take over the interpretations while you work on your response to others. Aim for acceptance, tolerance, and trying to understand where others are coming from. Leave the judgement calls up to Me as you work on embracing others just as they are. This, in turn, will bring you greater peace and improve your capacity to love unconditionally.

I continue to call you to the quiet. As you practice releasing those spinning thoughts and finding a place of calm beside Me, My peace can nestle in. Sit with Me. It’s as simple as that. Stay with Me a while, right here with nothing in particular to do. It is here that I can refresh your mind and provide a new perspective. My ways are meant to be simple like that. Put a “do not disturb” sign up mentally in your head, intentionally choosing to hold onto this peaceful mindset I offer you daily, hourly, – right here and right now. I am yours.

You are susceptible to old, anxious ways of thinking: fearing that you’ve somehow ‘done something wrong’ or are ‘not measuring up to some yard stick of approval’ by Me or by others. When these thoughts come up, I want you to recognize them as false and throw them out of your head. Mentally, toss them out of the window and into the trash, because My love for you is unchanged and ever-steady. I am readily available and My love is unending. Any messages trying to tell you otherwise or steal your confidence and peace are not brought on by Me, your loving Creator. Listen to My truth: you are enough and you are beloved.

Peace is within your grasp. I am always within reach with My hand out, offering you a safe place to come to. Take advantage of this today. Practice being dependent on Me instead of self-reliance, and experience the calm state you can live in when you do so. Entrust Me with all the rest of your affairs as you address only what is right in front of you. I dole out exactly what you are intended to handle in the moment. You don’t have to take on more than your share of the load.
