I am the Great Healer. Trust Me with your deepest wounds – the kind that tear at your heart and make you feel so vulnerable inside. I see all things and do understand your pain – even though you doubt My love and compassion for you because this wound still exists. Even in your darkest hour, I am with you. I will not let you fall into a pit of despair. Take that hurt and pain plus any surrounding emotion (shame, fear, anger, rage, sadness – whatever the case may be) and lay it all at My feet. Don’t leave any parts to cling to because that would only serve to continue to separate yourself from Me. I know that placing it at My feet doesn’t cause all pain to disperse immediately. Still, by doing so you open yourself to receive My love for you today, in the deepest spots. Do not lose hope.

When It Is Time
When it is time, I will ask you to move. When the way is clear, you will stride with ease. When the day remains dark, I may only have you make tiny steps, inching out slowly until your footing is secure. You have no idea what awaits you in the day ahead, but one thing is assured: I will be with you wherever you go. When you feel overwhelmed or burdened, remember My steadfast love never leaves you alone. I will supply all that is needed in these next 24 hours. Lean on Me.
Don’t Tear Yourself Apart
I want you to come bold-faced before Me, ready to hear all I have to say. Face Me and find that NOTHING can take away My love for you: no opinions from others, no little or big mistakes. So much of the tension and stress you live under is self-imposed and misguided. Allow My love for you to be ALL-ENCOMPASSING. Don’t give in to the temptation to tear yourself apart (again). You are just as worthy of My love and blessings as anyone else. Let Me attend to you, repairing your damaged spirit with My gentle attentiveness. I have already picked up the broken pieces; nothing has been left behind. Healing will come.
Your True Home Beckons You
I see you working so hard to keep it all together. So many pressures and demands on your time. Sneak in a few moments with Me throughout the day. These mini get-aways and breaks can replenish you, helping you find calm even amidst your busiest day. I am calling you home to a place of R & R that welcomes you with constant love and support. Your true home beckons you: dwell with Me daily inside your head and heart. Come home as often as you can.
Replenish You with Confidence
There are so many disruptions gathering in mind that take you away from hearing My soothing voice. Stop and take a deep breath. Concentrate on clearing out thoughts as you notice your breathing. Now, let My love-message rise and take over your head-space, filling you with Light and Peace. No matter what else is going on in your life – or how pressing and foreboding it all may feel, – My power can overcome all of it. Allow this momentary reassurance to replenish you with confidence. My love for you is REAL, and all-encompassing; ready to help you with everything.
Breathe In Light; Exhale Hurt
In whatever you encounter today, focus on My love for you. With every bite of food, every breeze that brushes your face, every friendly greeting from others, be reminded that I love you fully and completely, just as you are. When negative self-talk or assumptions try to take over and influence you, consciously push those thoughts aside. Breathe in trust; exhale hurt. Make room for My love to enfold and inhabit you. I can heal and restore you with light and Goodness as you concentrate on My love calming your nerves and soothing your mind.
Treating Others with Dignity & Love
Love and kindness are central, core beliefs deeply ingrained in you. They are also guidelines for how to behave. When you choose to stay true to Me and My way of life, it has to be centered on love, kindness, and forgiveness. You cannot do this completely on your own, -especially on murky waters that have been stirred by hurt and feel dark and scary. In stormy times like that, it isn’t safe to be out in a boat by yourself. Stay on shore with Me for a while as we sort out the hurt, fear, and difficult emotions. I will take you back out to sea when the water is calmer. Together we can figure out how to handle difficult encounters with others in a way that is rooted in dignity, respect, and love.
I Am the Fixer
I will be with and for you, even when others are not. I call you to a place of peace, regardless of other’s support or lack thereof. Stop trying to figure out how to make them improve or “get it”. Hand that part over to Me, for I am the ultimate “fixer”. You can be more comfortable in your own shoes, drawing confidence from My Love so firmly imbedded within you. Nothing -no person or circumstance – needs to shake that inner peace. I will help overcome ALL of your woundedness. Let Me be the One who mends.
Never Have to Earn My Love
Why do you see yourself as “undeserving” or disappointing to Me? Do you think I am counting up pluses and minuses with your every thought and action, tallying them, and only when you are “ahead” will you be worthy of My love and delight in you? I embrace you without accomplishments, – even when you are resting. I want you to practice doing LESS until you can solidly recognize My Love stays regardless of imperfections or outcomes. I love you, flawed and human as you are, -even when you are emotional or moody. Linger with Me in stillness and idleness, allowing your innermost self to realize the depth of My love for you. You never have to “do” or “be” a certain way to earn My love.
Why Are You So Down On Yourself?
Why are you so down on yourself? Don’t you know My mighty love for you yet? You are CHERISHED by Me. Pluck your head up and let Me tilt your chin toward My gaze. It is not a look of consternation that I give to you. Behold My utter love – unconditional! – for you. Stop placing so much demand on yourself to perform and accomplish all the time. You need more time standing in front of Me while you learn to recognize the truth. Shed the habits of self-blame and self-criticism. Replace them with a new habit of intentionally receiving My ultimate Grace, Love, and forgiveness. You are my lovable child no matter what.
