Let Me be perfectly clear: no act of harm or injustice done to you goes unnoticed by Me. Just because I call you to love and forgive does not mean I tolerate or excuse injustice. It angers and pains Me more than you can imagine. I weep and cry out and gnash My teeth right alongside you over hurtful acts. Do not be ashamed about voicing what has happened. The world needs to understand wrong from right. I will take care of the healing and the retribution from here. Come into My protective arms now. Just lean in and be comforted.

Presume Positive Intentions
Focus on good intentions behind other’s awkward words even when you are inadvertently hurt or offended by them. Know you are loved and I care for you, deeply. Others do, too. It’s hard to recognize that sometimes, I know, but it’s the truth. Try presuming positive intentions, then tell them you recognize and appreciate that they care instead of getting defensive. That’ll do for now. You can still keep your guard up until you feel safe, but until then, bring Me your tears. Return to Me and find consolation, comfort and rest.
Diligent Trust
Giving your life over to Me, – handing over all your goals, decisions, and dreams, – takes diligent trust. Choosing to allow My good intentions for you rule your steps requires frequent evaluation of whose will you are trying to follow. Know that at every moment I’ll provide you with enough stamina and drive. I also offer opportunities for rest and peace. The bottom line is this: I love you and want what is best for you and My world. You are an essential part of that! I am your Creator, calling you to live life with and for Me every day with diligent trust that this is the right thing to do.
Resiliency When Wounded
You’ve been wounded. This is real. Vivid, visceral memories that cannot and need not be denied. I give you resiliency and backing to confront evil ways with calm honesty. It doesn’t have to be a fly-off-the-handle rant. Speaking the truth will always be met with some level of adversity by those who cannot tolerate it and want their own control. I am in control, though. My Love is what rules, even over darkness. Once you have spoken your peace, move on. Move forward with Grace on your side, because My Grace calms and validates. My Grace supports you even when others have let you down. My love will heal you to your CORE. Eventually it will be easier to let go of the anger and hurt you feel. All things in due time.
Recognize My Presence
I know you question why you can’t seem to tangibly feel My Presence. It’s hard to explain in words because the ways I am with you vary. Use all of your senses today trying to notice how I reach out to you. Learn to recognize My Presence all around you, connecting inward to your Spirit with reassurance of My love and protection. Light, color, contact with others, scents, sounds, memories…my reach to you is infinite. Trust that I am constantly with you and the evidence will unfold.
Worthy of Love
Let people love you. Take in their kind words of acknowledgement, affection, or even admiration without your usual tendency to rip it all apart with internal self-criticism or outward deflection. I long for you to feel at peace and worthy of love. Reaching a place of self-acceptance requires releasing doubt and old traces of self-hatred. No one else is nearly as hard on you as you are of yourself. Allow My Love and Grace to enter in, deeply washing over your habit of self-rejection with compassion. Try seeing yourself through My eyes that love you unconditionally. I even love on you through others, too. Let us in; don’t close off or deflect genuine affection when it comes your way. Take it in, trusting in the truth of your worthiness.
Reassurance
Don’t get caught up in trying to imagine everything and work it all out in your head. I don’t work that way. Instead, let the worries of today fall away for a second as you face Me in your mind. Take a deep breath and continue to seek My face. You don’t have to fear what I’m going to say. My words are always of reassurance. You are okay – and loved. I’m right here beside you and am never going to leave your side. Let’s step into today together, trusting that I’ve made you ready and equipped you for any tasks or encounters that take place. I can and will help you focus, giving you right words to say when the time comes. You can be brave with Me at your side.
Be Open to My Call
Hear Me: I need you. You are Mine. These things go hand-in-hand. Spend time together with Me first every day so you can settle your thoughts and be in tune with My unconditional Love for you. With this as your starting place, you’ll become aware of what I ask of you today, knowing full well that I’m your backbone, protector, and guide. I won’t push you beyond what you are ready for. Be open to My call, which ALWAYS starts from a place of Love. If fear tries to come into play, breathe deeply of My reassurance and tell it you can’t be tricked into not believing all you are capable of today.
Reduce the Power of Troubling Thoughts
I know the stress you have been under, dealing with constantly racing thoughts. Savor a moment with Me. Linger a while longer, resting in My gaze, and see how it changes you. I notice you lowering your eyes, afraid to acknowledge or accept My unconditional love for you, – but just try to hold My gaze again. The best way to heal your spirit is connecting with Me like this, – daily, hourly, in the moment. Whisper to yourself, “I am loved”, repeatedly. This ultimate truth can mend all brokenness and reduce the power of troubling thoughts. Let Me do a gentle takeover in your anxious mind.
Meanwhile, Hang In There
Hang in there, – we’re not through yet. There is more introspection to be had. You are getting closer to seeing with My eyes. I want your whole, tender heart to be ALL MINE. Look to Me with love today. Love Me, love My world. Stay close to Me when you are facing new things. I am familiar to you and can help settle you down. Eventually, I take you through all sorts of newness and change. You don’t have to view it as too hard or grumble about it, because it’s all going to lead to something majestic one day. Meanwhile, hang in there with Me.
Spoken to Me
