Do as I ask of you – LOVE. Love fully and completely, without judgement and with compassion and forgiveness even when others fall short of your expectations. This is no small task for your human heart, but I will equip you. I know it sounds hard, but I will help. Turn to Me with petty annoyances. Release them into My care and respond to others with love regardless of whether or not it is “earned”. Find Grace in this action today: love as you are loved.

Calming Images
My burden is intended to be light, – easy. Live in love. Stop all the planning and listen. My will for you is to be in the moment. You are My artist, fully capable of calming yourself by capturing images to paint in your mind. See the early morning blue light and notice the interplay of light and dark. Soothe yourself with music, sights, and sounds – all provided by Me to delight your day today. It is good to carry these calming images with you. My Will is done in simple moments such as these.
Acknowledge What’s Going Well
Honoring Me comes in many shapes and forms. Listening and being attentive to others is one of them. Another way is to take time to pause, reflect, and be thankful. I am the Giver of all Good things. Take time to acknowledge what is going well or what showed blessing, and remember how I have brought you through many tough things already. Even if you are unhappy now in your current situation, you can honor Me by investing trust that I am at work in your life, bringing Goodness out of the ashes. My love for you is real and eternal.
Bring Hope Back Into Your Head
Life is not always pain-free. Still, I don’t aim to cause you suffering. Your sleepless nights are filled with anxious thoughts, but I heard each one of them. I know life is hard. Continue to lean into Me so that you can find peace again. It takes an act of will to choose TRUST. I am a trustworthy God who spares no cost in taking on suffering. I offer you peace deep inside, even when the world is chaotic and others have hurt you or let you down. Perhaps you will be surprised by joyful moments interspersed in the day ahead. Let Me bring hope back into your head. Allow Me to soften your heart with My tender love for you.
I Make You Whole Again
You are MINE, – constantly and intensely. I love you with a fervor and devotion that cannot be shaken or stripped from you. No circumstance tears Me away from you. Find Me in your heart, – in that still, small voice of reassurance. Even if others are mean, exclusive, or inconsiderate, you are met by Me with tender love and acceptance. I make you whole again, every day. Let My Grace wash this truth over you today, everywhere you go. Be My voice of peace and comfort.
Guard Against Resentment
Guard your heart against resentment. Be set free by My Grace alone. You can release the hurt into My capable hands. I will address your need for healing as well as their need for more compassion. Make My world better today by walking with peaceful steps. Breath in My Nooma – My Spirit – trusting that I am capable and present. No good deed goes unnoticed by Me.
Vying for Your Attention
There is a lot clouding your mind: little details, daily agendas, rehashing previous events and conversations. Try closing your eyes and focus instead on taking deep, slow breaths. Block out the noise of thoughts vying for your attention by noticing cool air streaming in through your nose and deeply reaching to the bottom of your lungs. Picture all of the junk – the physical aches and stress, the mental worries and frustrations, – being exhaled out. Do this slowly and intentionally for a few minutes. You cannot help but begin to notice My Light and warmth replacing the grayness. Allow this to draw you to a place of contentment. I am Light. I am fresh air and new breath. Become aware of My constant, loving Presence vying for your attention, too, and hold on to this loving truth.
Attending To Your Needs
Let the rain of Grace wash away your hurt and unhappiness. I will supply comforts to carry you along the way, too. Your life doesn’t have to be just about serving others. Don’t forget about attending to yourself; self-care is also essential. It’s important to soak up My peace intended for you, and refresh your soul. With My hand upon you, all can be made right. Let Me be a healing agent, attending to your needs. My Goodness rooted and established in you is meant to be well tended, and only then can it result in being My gift to all around you.
I will still love you
Why do you question Me so? Why do you cling to the doubt that binds you unnecessarily in insecurity and self-sabotage? My love for you is more than real: it is unshakable. My love completely covers every aspect of your life. Nothing, – no thought, action, intention, or decision, – goes unnoticed or unattended to by Me. Why do you hold on to a distorted sense that you are “not enough” yet? Why do you believe that your thoughts are not pure enough for My viewing? Bring EVERYTHING to Me: all that you long for or fret over; all you desire, or are ashamed of. I will help you sort it out, and I will still love you, – always. Be reassured by that. Turn to Me and open yourself to trusting our relationship. You are forgiven, fully. I love you!
Time for a Break
Let Me speak to you. You carry a lot around inside of you: worries, responsibilities, lists, and occasionally, resentment. I hear it, and I know it all. You are always striving to be on top of things, or ahead of the game. I don’t mind you being busy, and using the talents I’ve given you well, but I don’t like it when you approach the day as a drudgery, – resenting each task before you. When you get like this, it’s time for a break. Sit down in front of Me, and let’s talk it out. I’m not a slave-driver. I will speak to your depleted heart, cushioning you with permission to find Grace in rest, or to prioritize things that will recover Joy in you. Balance is essential for a with-God life. Alone time helps. Break time does, too. Come to Me, and re-fill your soul.
