You are not unfaithful. Your trust in Me will pay off – I promise you that. When you are weary, frightened, or overwhelmed, return to Me. I will share the burden and lighten the load. Remember that the results of your work are up to Me, not you. Maybe that’ll help. Include Me in the equation of your expectations. Rely on Me to give My fair share to what you produce each week. Let Me help make things happen.

It’s so easy to take offense to what others say and do. You must work on protecting yourself from this kind of thinking. Sometimes your head tends to assume hidden meanings behind others actions, believing you are unwanted, which makes you get worked up inside. This is fear-based thinking, – assuming the worst or believing you are unlikeable and unworthy of other’s affectionate attention. Trust Me when I say that this is inaccurate. Take a deep breath when you find yourself reacting like this to an unspoken assumption. Step back a minute and ask Me what the truth is, finding loving reassurance of your worth. Consider offering grace to others, assuming positive intentions underlie their motives instead of presuming they are set against you. Forgive any hurt and move on with My help, knowing you can rise above others actions and walk in the Light of reassurance.

I see you working so hard to try to do everything “right”, yet feeling afraid that you are missing the mark or falling short. This couldn’t be further from the truth! I never ask more of you than what you’ve already been equipped to give. When that inaccurately critical voice tries to overwhelm you with distorted self-evaluation, stop and face Me. Look to My gaze, so full of complete love, reassurance, forgiveness, and ultimate acceptance. That is the truth about you. You are loving, capable, and kind. Don’t let any little flaws or misperceptions try to convince you otherwise. I love you totally, and you are Mine for all of time.

Remember all of the good and helpful things I have been teaching you. Be “love-facing” instead of “fear-facing”, and find the peace inside of you already as you face all people and circumstances with inner calmness. Know that I not only have your back, I also have Good plans in store. Act natural, because you have exactly what is needed and are fully equipped to manage anything that comes your way today. You will find you can be more flexible and at ease as you place your confidence and trust in Me.

Every now and then things that scare you resurface in your mind. I know. I see it and hear your thoughts and worries. But remember this baseline truth: I helped you then and I will help you again. You can count on Me to never leave your side. I am the Great Healer and Protector. Come to Me – run if you must! Be wrapped in My loving reassurance. Most of what you worry about doesn’t even come true. Be reminded that every little thing is going to be alright.

I am familiar with all the places you hurt and all the things that stir up your anxiety. Come to Me anyway, even though things don’t feel great all the time. Come to Me and find that just for a moment, perhaps, all feels well and manageable. Allow that glimmer of hope to squeak through the cracks of those hard, cold walls of pain or fear. Whisper this truth: I am with you in all things. Nothing will be too much to bear. Let Me comfort you with an attentive reassurance that you are never, ever alone in your suffering.

Share your worries and concerns with My attentive ears and gaze right before you. Don’t look away or get distracted by your phone Stay with Me long enough to be truly reminded of how much I am involved in your life. I am your Constant Companion who wants so much to sustain you and give you peace and joy. Stay here long enough for your insides to settle down and your anxiety to filter away under the power of My love for you.

It won’t be nearly as hard as you think or fearfully imagine it to be, because you can trust Me to equip you for every little detail. You’ll have the words and energy making you ready for whatever. You can rely on Me to prepare you thoroughly.

Relax your forehead, face, and jaw. You carry so much tension at times, unaware of how hard you are striving and concentrating. Remember, you can release the planning into My capable hands for a minute and actually find a sense of calm and peace descend. Just close your eyes for a moment and breathe deeply, perhaps telling yourself “It’s okay. I can trust God to help work it all out.” You CAN trust Me; this is an absolute truth. I do so love you and am caring for every detail and concern in your life.

Try not to get flustered today. When something or someone starts to ruffle your feathers, take a breath and turn to face Me. I will help you allow differences of opinion or changes in direction and outcomes with a flexible, amenable attitude. Be open to things even when they don’t go your way. This may be a time for personal growth. As you release your own agendas, you will be encouraged by the trust you invest in My plan unfolding in a divine direction.
