When you start to get anxious about the pressures of the world, choose to calm yourself with My help. What I reveal to you in the quietness is an ability to calm down the racing thoughts and minimize the To-Do lists. Allow Me to handle them today. Rest, play, connect with others, rejuvenate. Put Aside Your Anger

Relax. Be mindful of the fact that you influence the atmosphere around you. Put aside your anger – it isn’t doing you any good. You can be quiet. I know you can do it. Shift your gaze and your focus onto enjoying the landscape. It is yours to take in and it will speak to you. I will speak words of gentleness and care to you when you take the time to do so.

Soul-Filling Purpose

Use today as a true day of rest, opting for activities that are not work-related. I want your creative self to be attended to well, fueling your Spirit in ways that energize you. The rest of the work will get done; you can trust Me with that. I design each week to carve out a day like this for soul-filling purposes. Listen to My call, drawing you into awareness of your artistic side. Come to Me; meet Me in the colors and spaces beckoning you in today. You won’t regret it!

Allow Me to Take the Pressure Off

There are so many things clamoring for your attention as you replay thoughts from previous encounters or imagine interactions yet to come. Both are needless activities. I call you to awareness of the present! You are Mine. Stop and take stock of everything I am providing in this very moment: food, warmth, love, safety, security, – plans for your welfare, not for dismay! Your flesh and bones are in working condition for the tasks I have in store for you. Stop agonizing over insignificant details. Give in to My Will, discovering how I make life flourish for you. Abundant, tender, meaningful life. As you rely on Me to take care of you, worries about the future will lessen. My reliable provision is there for you, so allow Me to take the pressure off.

Unnecessary Anxiety

You’ve lived a life filled with constant concerns, some of which are real and valid. Other times they cause you unnecessary panic and anxiety, with you running at a hectic and frantic pace. I am leading you into a new era! There is a time for everything, and now is the time for peace within. Learn the art of slowing. Engage with each moment presented to you, training yourself in the discipline of attending to one thing at a time.  Take notice of all that I am doing in, through, and around you as you sit back in a wondrous stance absorbing the marvelous view. All is well when you really stop to think about it. Stop with all the relentless striving and take stock in the goodness and calming I am offering to replenish your soul. I call you when you are needed, but I also give you rest. Simply be thankful.

That Central Place of Knowing

The world and its challenges make awareness of that deep truth murky and blurred. I call out to you, “Be still…I am here, waiting.”  Find Me here, and recognize once again that I’ve been with you all along. You are never alone or forsaken. Whatever is going on, we can handle it together. Let My love originating from that central place refresh and enliven you once again.

You need not be timid about acknowledging My hand in your life to others. Speak often of Me and how I’ve helped you. Others hunger for this, and long for the awareness you have of My love for ALL. Having faith is a good thing! Don’t worry so much about what others will think of you, or how what you share may be interpreted or misinterpreted. I’l take care of the outcomes and impact. Just be honest, transparent, and authentic. Your words will speak volumes to many. I need your voice to help carry My hope into the world.

Life Doesn’t Have to Get to You

I have made it as easy as possible for you to receive My love and My gift of peace. It’s simple, really. I am already here! Ever-present and ever-ready to assist you to breathe ease into your anxious little heart. It takes one simple act on your part: to choose to believe in Me and receive this free gift. Choose Me. Choose “us”! Life doesn’t have to ‘get to you’ if you start to accept that I am already there for you, – never dropping or abandoning you. I will help you get through anything and everything. I even help you rediscover joy. Say yes to our togetherness and allow yourself to breathe a sigh of relief as I comfort you this way.

Excited Observation

Sit Still

It’s a gift to truly sit still, absorbing sights and sounds in the present moment. You can allow memories to surface, or thoughts and imagined scenarios for future events to rise and be acknowledged, but try to return to awareness of the present. Now, picture Me sitting with you, – noticing the same things that catch your attention. Smile at our connectedness that occurs without words. I am oh-so-familiar with your every thought and reaction. Tenderly, turn your gaze to Me, sensing My all-consuming love for you. Push busy-ness aside and see what joy I can stir up for you as you spend time with Me like this. Let Me re-energize you by restoring balance and rest in your life.
