Oftentimes, you hide deep self-criticism, disappointment, and inaccurate accusations against yourself in your thoughts. Your sincere desire to encourage, connect with, and uplift others should also be applied to your self-talk. Your passionate heart for equity and inclusion is super evident and others are drawn to you by it. That is the truth…not all the other anxious messages which try to erode your Light. Letting Me lead the way, use your time of interaction to be the Light I’ve designed and set in you, and don’t forget to enjoy it bouncing back as My Spirit dances from person to person.

Choose To Be Confident
As you work on believing in yourself, you will achieve greater things. My love for you is solid and steadfast. The way you use My gifts that are imbedded in your makeup will be enhanced when you choose to be confident, trusting My design of you and the plans for your day ahead. Relax into your various roles. You are the right person, at the right time. There is no need to panic or fear. All is right.
Feeling Bad About Yourself
I see you feeling bad about yourself. I’m sorry that you struggle like this, and I compassionately hear every word of self-talk. When your spirit has been damaged or dejected, it’s easy to feel down. Try recognizing that this same spirit in you is part of Me, – resilient, kind, capable, and beautiful. That Spirit is bigger than any hurt. You can overcome any trial with Me as part of you. Be brave enough to love yourself even when misleading thoughts try to tell you otherwise. You, My Child, are lovely through and through. You are wonderful just as you are. Repeat that until it seeps into every corner and takes hold.
Be Exactly Who You Are
I ask you to be exactly who you are today. No false pretenses are needed. You can speak with confidence on topics you are familiar with. I know you can also listen attentively, attending well to others with genuine compassion and concern, because this is how I made you. You are right where you are supposed to be. Eat healthy, stay hydrated,- taking good care of the vessel I’ve designed. Throw any residual shame or anxiety out the window into the rubbish pile. There is no place for that negativity or worry here in My loving Presence.
Walk Humbly Yet Confidently
You don’t have to prove anything to anyone. You can walk humbly yet confidently, knowing that I am aware of all you do. I deem you worthy and accomplished. Others already see your capability and respect you for it. It’s the deceiver trying to convince you otherwise, but you can recognize the falsehood in that way of thinking and not let undue anxiety take over. I’ve placed you exactly where you are needed today. Because I am with you and there for you, you can be at peace inside. You are loved and valued more than you can see right now. Work on trusting Me with this truth
Be Resilient and Confident
I see your tentative nature as the day begins. I recognize the insecurities and self-doubt behind it. These are not accurate, though. I designed you elaborately and intricately. Past experiences and regret need not dominate your Spirit. Watch how I make all things new, including the day ahead. You can be resilient and confident with the competency to handle whatever faces you and I together today. The key here is holding tight to the truth: I am in and near you, both within you and others you’ll meet. Greet this day with holy anticipation that Goodness will surmount any challenges in this divine meeting of Spirit to Spirit.
Regardless of What Others Think
Regardless of what others think or say about you, I know the truth. You are loved and treasured; holy and sacred in My sight. Run to Me when you are scared and start to doubt this inherent truth. Bring your anxiety before Me so I can help soothe your fears and realign your outlook. Look for My perspective of Goodness and follow after it. You can still be at peace even when your relationships are broken.
Don’t Put On A Show
You don’t have to put on a show for others to appreciate you. My Light is prominent in you already, and others are drawn to who you are. Be at ease within, trusting Me on this. Whether quiet or boisterous, listening or informing, soaking in other’s perspective or sharing your own opinions, I am Present in your personality. You are worthy of every bit of attention you get, as are those you give attention to. Make today a Love-Light fest between you and others, tossing aside any shred of worry over how you are coming across. I call you to be yourself and trust that this is, indeed, not just “good enough” but MORE than enough.
Trust Your Inner Knowing
You’ll know what to say and how to say it when the time comes. Trust your inner knowing, which is My Spirit at hand. You can believe that I am with you and with them in that moment when you converse. I shed Light on all situations whether personal, public or private. Just open a window in your mind and remember that I’ve already been let in. It’s okay to let your guard down. Breathe in fresh receptivity.
The Speed of Activity
You’ve got plenty going on right now. Whether it’s slowing down or ramping up, let Me be the one who leads the pace. You’ve heard “timing is everything”, and “God-speed”. Let these phrases boost you with enough energy or patience to do what’s needed just for today. Really try staying in the present, trusting My timing and the speed of activity required of you. You don’t have to be intimidated when things are moving fast, nor do you have to feel agonized when life moves too slow for your taste. This is the perfect time to breathe in trust and exhale confidence in Me. Together with Me, it will all be just right.
