Rest your weary head upon My kind shoulders and let Me support you for a minute. Close your eyes and sigh, releasing the grief and the weight of the world. Remind yourself once again that it is not all up to you to handle. Even if it takes all of your energy to trudge into the day, I still want you to move in and take one step forward. Start with just that one step, trusting that I will be helping. Before you know it, you will be walking again with energy, drive, and purpose, – but it all starts with that one step.
