Sweep Away the Critical Voice

You don’t have to be as susceptible to the critical voice as you used to be. You are “onto it” by now, – recognizing the deceit and inaccuracy it tries to convince you is true. The only truth is that you already belong to Me, and My love for you is strong, invincible, and unconditional. No trickery of thought can take that away. Push those old self-critical ways out the door and sweep the porch off, removing any remaining dusty negativity or doubt. Re-enter your home with Me protecting you as you live with ease and peaceful confidence intact.

Good At Things

Look over your shoulder and find Me endearingly watching you do your thing. Don’t be afraid to be yourself and let your light shine today. I made you good at particular things, – and you know what they are, – so do them joyfully. Use your gifts with an inner peace and outward confidence. No more, no less will be asked of you. You are enough, and you are amazing!

Abundance and Ease

Instead of frowning at your day ahead with its multitude of tasks or minor irritations, pause to focus on Me first. Absorb My Love-Light, beckoning you to recognize the abundance and ease I offer to you daily. You will have plenty of what is needed to accomplish those tasks. You are already equipped, and My supply is abundant today. As you breathe in My reassurance, everything ahead will feel lighter and more doable. I offer you peace with an ever-ready supply when you move with Me at My pace intended for you.

Capable of Being at Peace

You are full of valid feelings and emotions, yet you are so hard on yourself, judging yourself too critically. I made you capable of being at peace. You are loving and loved! As you treat yourself with tenderness, the emotions that surface will be freed. With practice you can learn to offer yourself better self-acceptance. Once you do that, laughter will well up more freely. Let Me pour out My Grace on you, soothing the anxiety and washing away tension. Allow yourself to picture and live a life of happiness and ease. You can trust and believe that this is actually what I want for you.

You’ve heard the term “silence is golden”. Well, it is! A quieting of thoughts can be accomplished almost anywhere. Even with background noise, you can find an inner silence and solitude. It is here that I speak most clearly and may surprise you with insights, encouragement, and direction. Your silent presence with Me is just as necessary as water and bread for your life. I long to be in this intimate communion with you, showing you the way and the plans I have in store for you. Seek out times of silence with Me to hear best.

Don’t Get Pulled Off Track Today

Each day people will do small deeds that are inconsiderate or unkind. Sometimes big injustices happen. Even so, I want you to release these irritations and frustrations into My care. Don’t allow your thoughts and emotions to run wild with ideas about how to tell others off or bring about justice on your own. This wastes important energy and will distract you from the peace and joy available within. Don’t get pulled off track today or be derailed by small injustices. Releasing things to My care doesn’t make you a “doormat”. It takes great strength of character to choose to walk away or to treat others with dignity and respect despite their behavior. My way is better. My way will free you and allow you to rise above any circumstance with great calm and internal respect. Pray for your enemies, even if this does not come easily. I will give you the grace, strength and wisdom in how to handle the situation if your heart is intent upon following My way.

The Ultimate Fulfillment

I am the ultimate fulfillment. So often people try to find fulfillment in things like possessions, recognition, food, drink, travel, sex, beauty, sports, or…you name it. What they are really looking for is a deep, inward sense of peace and wholeness. What do you value? If you set your sights on things other than knowing Me, being in My Presence, and bringing My love to the world, you will lack in feeling fulfilled. I desire to give you that kind of peace. It’s a perfect fit and true union when we are aligned like this. When things of this world distract you, stress you out, or pull you in all directions, turn your gaze toward Me. Seek Me and you will find peace.

Better Balance

You know when you’ve overdone it. Excessive activity and busy-ness leaves you stressed, fatigued, and crabby. Indulge in some R & R and consider this a Godly move. Choosing to invest in down time for rest will lead to better balance to build up your emotional and spiritual reserves. I need you to be well-balanced, not strung out on overdrive. Honor Me by honoring My design of what brings you joy and peace. Hear My call to give you rest and pleasurable activities These are part of My plan for you, too.

Leave the Judgement Calls Up to Me

Your biggest Achilles heel is worrying about what others think of you. I am not worried about that like you are. I see things differently. You are so prone to interpreting every glance, grimace, or comment as either positive, favorable, and ‘likeable’; or as negative, disdained, and a ‘turn-off’. Judging people and sizing everything up is deeply ingrained into your habits, yet this is the part I want you to work on with Me. Ask Me to take over the interpretations while you work on your response to others. Aim for acceptance, tolerance, and trying to understand where others are coming from. Leave the judgement calls up to Me as you work on embracing others just as they are. This, in turn, will bring you greater peace and improve your capacity to love unconditionally.
