Stay true to Me and to what you are passionate about. After all, I instill inspiring thoughts, and I open doors. As long as it is Me you are ultimately serving, your efforts will be fruitful. Be of good cheer even in the mundane tasks of today, for the reward later will show you efforts were worthy of time, devotion, and attention.
Don’t get too far ahead of the game. Stay in the moment, otherwise you run the risk of tripping up the plays. I know exactly what I’m aiming at, – who is supposed to block, who will receive the catch, who should run, and who needs to stay back. Keep your eye on Me, your quarterback, and go where My eyes point you to go. I might need you to stay put for now, too. You can trust how I orchestrate; I know what will work best.
I call you to the quiet. Sit still; hear and absorb tiny sounds all around you. Empty your head of its constant throng of thoughts. Take in the quiet, intended for you. Rest like this allows you to hear Me. I am yours. Hand over all your stress to Me. Pay attention to your body with all its fatigue, pain, and tension. I want to mend the broken parts of your Spirit. The parts that are distrusting, cynical, anxious, sad. In the quiet I wash My Grace all over you, finding its way into each crevice or dark surface. Be filled and covered in Light. Know that I have not abandoned you, – ever! I am aware of your suffering. While your painful experiences may not always disappear, know that I am with you and I am at work to make Good arise out of difficulty.
Whether you are in a time of sickness calling you to slow down or a time of wellness asking you to carry on, I am quietly attending to you. Notice how things appear lighter in the distance. I work that way, with Light on the horizon no matter what kind of day you have ahead. As you spend this time with Me, I will gently turn your chin in the direction of that horizon. Keep your eyes fixed on Me out there today. I will lead you home.
My face really does shine upon you. Stop doubting that. If only you could see how much you truly radiate! Perhaps then you could ease up on the self-reproach. Your view of yourself gets so distorted. Small past errors or unhealthy choices get blown way out of proportion. With My help, learn to shrug off the negative self-talk. If you need to make amends, do so now and get it over with. There’s no need to live weighed down by exaggerated thoughts or past mistakes. Let’s move on, My beloved, basking in Light.
Start with this: be still. Be still and know. Know simplicity. Trust the plain and simple truth that you are LOVED, – truly loved! I am Good, and I am in you. Now, go and love others. Don’t make your day harder than it needs to be. Love yourself, love others. Lead by listening and being kind. Share. This is all good, simple, doable stuff. It doesn’t have to take anything extraordinary. Let Me do the heavy lifting today. Together we will carry out meaningful plans.
I am at work in your life, healing and evolving your body and mind. I have to move slowly, though, allowing you the time needed for building your confidence in and through Me. It’s not that I’m not capable of accomplishing things more quickly. Even though I am omnipotent, it’s you who sets the pace for our relationship. Once you practice trust and learn to release your cares to Me daily, you’ll see how quickly and constantly I am at work. Be mindful of allowing it to be My work that happens. Be open to how I want to utilize your life to accomplish My divine purposes. Abide in Me as I abide in you.
Concentrate on the word “settle” today. Settle in and strive to be comfortable with where you are at and what is going on in your life, because I have you exactly where you are needed for now. Even when the world around is seems to be in chaos, I can help you settle down. Ask for My help to get settled internally, resting with peace and confidence in My loving companionship. All is well, even if it isn’t as extraordinary as you’d prefer. Enjoy My calming Presence with you in whatever position I have placed you in today, trusting how I work and keeping faith in the greater Good to rise above all else.
