Don’t underestimate My ability or power to heal. I change circumstances and move mountains of pride and hurt. Give Me the power to change your heart and mind. Relinquish your attempts to control situations or people, submitting to My will and My ways for you. Picture Me making things better when you hand your worries and frustrations over to Me. I am in your corner, and I want Good things in your life. You can trust Me.

Take time to relax and remember that I have you in the palm of My hands. Cling to Me as I work on washing away old hurts, making you impervious to them over time. I’m not One to ask you to “toughen up”. Rather, I want you to soften up on yourself. As you learn to cut yourself some slack, you will find it easier to accept others are they are, as well. You won’t be as susceptible to the sting of off-handed remarks that tend to hurt or offend you. There’s no need to feel defensive when your confidence and assurance lies with Me.

Despite the ebbs and tides of your emotions, I am the Constant in your life. Look to Me for safety, shelter, and calming. If a wave of anxiety or hurt comes over you, remember that the tide will surely pull it back out to sea again, – away from you. It will not stay in place for long. Look for what is left for you to appreciate and observe in the tide pools. See new discoveries about yourself that hold true even after the worries of life recede. You’ll find playfulness, color, and new life darting about with joyful surprises in store.

Cozy up to Me for a moment before you begin your day. As you take time with Me, I can remind you that you don’t have to be in charge of everything. That includes letting Me take care of the outcomes. Stop trying to figure everything out ahead of its time. Release your fearful grip on “what might happen” and instead tell yourself, “I am in Good hands”. Allow Me to quiet your soul and soothe you as you breathe in trust and exhale doubt. Your only concern should be lovingly attending to yourself and others as I lead you down today’s path. Take it easier than usual. Let Me bless you with ease.

Don’t be scared. I know who you are and what you are capable of. I have the plan and the means already taken care of! I am still strengthening you for big things – and GOOD things. So I say it again: don’t be scared. When I am with you and for you, all is on track for wellness. Focus on My mission for you today, which is just to take one thing at a time, – no more, no less. You can do it, partnered with Me all the way. I call you to the calm energy within which will drive and sustain you. That energy comes from My love, alive in you.

You are full of valid feelings and emotions, yet you are so hard on yourself, judging yourself too critically. I made you capable of being at peace. You are loving and loved! As you treat yourself with tenderness, the emotions that surface will be freed. With practice you can learn to offer yourself better self-acceptance. Once you do that, laughter will well up more freely. Let Me pour out My Grace on you, soothing the anxiety and washing away tension. Allow yourself to picture and live a life of happiness and ease. You can trust and believe that this is actually what I want for you.

Your calling and sense of purpose may be hard for you to recognize when what you are doing comes so naturally to you. It might not always stand out to you, but I need you right where you are, attending well to others in your circle of influence. No more than that is needed for now. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking what you do or who you are is ‘no big deal’. You, – your life, interests, and interactions, – matter to Me. Nothing goes unnoticed. Even your emotions are of great value. None of it is insignificant. Stand tall, owning up to the big deal I created you to be.
