How to Spend Your Time

Bask in the intimacy of our relationship today. Take joy and comfort in knowing I see you as you sleep, arise, and in your every move. Talk with Me often in your head, acknowledging things you notice, questions you face, and decisions you must make. I can help you choose how to spend your time and what to focus on wisely. Be inspired to do more knowing I place interests, goals, and perspective all as part of My great plan for you. Nothing you do or say goes unnoticed by Me. I don’t criticize your every move, either. I want you to see Me as your great encourager, motioning you to places, tasks, and conversations full of Goodness and meaning. I am powerfully present in it all. Know that you are loved first, then walk into your day engulfed in the grace of this truth.

Letting Go of Your Grip

I see all things and know all things. Your pain, sorrow, worries – nothing goes unnoticed by Me. I never dismiss your experiences as trivial or undeserving of My full attention. My great affection for you results in My mighty hand  at work orchestrating people and plans to assist you with next steps. Turn your cares and concerns for yourself and others over to Me, then work on letting go of your grip and trying to control the outcomes. Trust that all will result in good things under My control. I bring comfort and energy to sustain you.

Give Room to Pause

Walk with Me at My pace. Let things slow down a bit and give room to pause now and then. Take a break from noise, electronics, and social media. Look outdoors. Breathe in the stillness and calm. You are so hard-wired to be doing things all the time, but I tell you it’s OK and good to NOT “do” for a while. You are learning the beauty and importance of mastering this skill. Just be and soak it all in with amazement and wonder. Notice the calming effect this has on you and your perspective. Grace-filled moments are all around, so be replenished as life and next steps unfold.

Reach for My Hand to Steady You

Hear Me: I am with you, never leaving your side. I am not distant. Stop all this striving on your own and reach for My hand to steady you. I will guide you away from the cliff’s edges. You don’t have to be afraid of the heights. Let’s stand and together enjoy the marvelous view instead of worrying about your footing. Don’t forget to look up now and then on your walk, and take notice of the good things along the way instead of always calculating the distance or amount of difficulty you imagine it will take. Even if a calamity or stress tries to threaten your wellbeing, all is actually well.

Listen to the Stillness

It is so important, yet rare, that you take the time for quieting. Listen to the stillness of this moment. Absorb it, opening your mind to this simplicity, – then you can hear My great voice. Today, be freed just to listen with no expectations placed on you. I call you to truly rest and bask in the quiet. You don’t have to always be productive in order to be loved by Me. Practice the art of meditation today. Be still and know that I am God. Know Me. Know I Am. Just be still.

Bound for Greatness

You are bound for greatness. Do not take this message lightly. I have been preparing you through a lifetime of activities, experiences, and connections combined with the ways you’ve been personally shedding other layers to make you more in My likeness. I in you, you in Me. Don’t be frightened by this call. You already know how I equip you daily and you’ve seen doors open and paths made ready. You know it is coming. Yet, you also know to wait and be ready. Prepare the room with great joy and anticipation, for there will be much to be celebrated. Rest assured that I have great plans for you.

Holy Things Occur

As you open yourself to My guidance, holy things occur. Lives are touched by your compassion. Your sensitivity allows you to connect to others with an innate sense of trustworthiness, which gives them the message it is safe to open up. Speak truth, show kindness, and act lovingly. All of this is embedded in Grace. Holy touch, holy eyes that see and ears that hear. Allow holiness to take over your life daily, hourly, and one task at a time. This doesn’t have to be a daunting or unreachable request. My message is simple: you are already holy in My likeness as you practice being present in these ways to others.

Allow an Interchange of Light and Peace

Texture and color are all part of My design. I appeal to ALL of the senses. That’s why many find it easier to see or experience Me in nature or art, – even in the softness of a pet. Meet Me today however it is clearest for you. Walk with Me or just gaze at My creation, allowing an interchange of Light and peace. See the Light through the trees. Acknowledge and notice how I bring peace with you wherever you go. When you carry My Presence within, this can have a calming effect on those around you. Light meets Light in those encounters.

Take Time to Just BE

When the world gets busy around you, stop to concentrate on being Light-filled. Rest your weary head as I lift the weight of the world off your shoulders, knowing I hold you in the palm of My hand. Allow Me to ease tension as you focus on clearing out your mind. See My Light filling you. These blissful moments with Me are very real, and meant to build and restore you as you take time to just BE.

Be Unhurried

Go today amidst the noise and haste, walking a different pace. Be calm when confronted with any frazzled situations that arise, knowing that I AM. Be unhurried, – mindful and intentional in your decision making. I will put deliberate thoughts for you to consider and to guide you. People seek wisdom and justice. You can be a conduit for both of these as you listen for My still, small voice. I equip you not as an ego-booster but as a leader. I need your ears to hear Me so that your voice can speak truths, reassurances, and clarity. Feed those I put on your path, and watch miraculous work happening all around you.
