I give you so many beautiful things to notice and ponder. When you slow your roll and are able to truly stop and take something from the view in, I gift you with a shift in perspective. Stop and smell the roses or lilacs. Truly slow down enough to enjoy and appreciate what you taste and see, then give a nod of acknowledgement thankfully to Me. Be struck in awe by My Presence as I meet you in your surroundings today. I love you and am ever-so-near.

You’ve Always Had Enough

Take note of when you are full and remind yourself that I supply all that you need. Find deep gratitude in your heart for the ways you are “okay” and the excess of Goodness that is provided by Me. Hold on to and remember times like this when despite hardships, I help you get through. You have always had enough. Take care of what I bestow on you in this life- precious cargo to help you with every leg of the journey.

Believing You Are Unwanted

It’s so easy to take offense to what others say and do. You must work on protecting yourself from this kind of thinking. Sometimes your head tends to assume hidden meanings behind others actions, believing you are unwanted, which makes you get worked up inside. This is fear-based thinking, – assuming the worst or believing you are unlikeable and unworthy of other’s affectionate attention. Trust Me when I say that this is inaccurate. Take a deep breath when you find yourself reacting like this to an unspoken assumption. Step back a minute and ask Me what the truth is, finding loving reassurance of your worth. Consider offering grace to others, assuming positive intentions underlie their motives instead of presuming they are set against you. Forgive any hurt and move on with My help, knowing you can rise above others actions and walk in the Light of reassurance.

Do Not Disturb

Meet Me in the stillness. I know how hard it is to quiet your mind. The constant chatter can be unsettling at times, disturbing the peace nestled quietly in your core where I’ve placed it for all time. Picture putting up a sign in your mind’s traffic that says “Do Not Disturb”. Shush the rebuttals that try to disrupt this precious time with Me. Remember that My Presence is more powerful than the pressures of life, and My love for you is real, available right here and right now. Breathe in reassurance. Exhale stress and momentary anxiety. Soak in My calming love for you. This will give you sure footing for whatever the day holds in store.

Afraid of Falling Short

I see you working so hard to try to do everything “right”, yet feeling afraid that you are missing the mark or falling short. This couldn’t be further from the truth!  I never ask more of you than what you’ve already been equipped to give. When that inaccurately critical voice tries to overwhelm you with distorted self-evaluation, stop and face Me. Look to My gaze, so full of complete love, reassurance, forgiveness, and ultimate acceptance. That is the truth about you. You are loving, capable, and kind. Don’t let any little flaws or misperceptions try to convince you otherwise. I love you totally, and you are Mine for all of time.

Take It In

You know how to appreciate what I am gifting you with in your surroundings. Take it in. I bring art, sounds, nature all before you for your delight. As you notice these things and your heart sings in response I am filled with joy. Take pleasure in times like this when life feels a little easier and generous people open themselves to you. I am a generous God like that. I don’t withhold love, and I am out to bring you and those you love to higher ground. Take time to notice and bask in My beautiful offering today.

Moments of Wow

Taste and see…the Goodness is there for you to notice and experience when you take time to truly pay attention. Look for what I am offering and find moments of “wow”. It can be as small as a sip of water to something magnificent in My great outdoors. I am with you and all around you. Let your Spirit awaken to what I present to you and ignite all of your senses as you find the Light I give you.

Be More Flexible & At Ease

Remember all of the good and helpful things I have been teaching you. Be “love-facing” instead of “fear-facing”, and find the peace inside of you already as you face all people and circumstances with inner calmness. Know that I not only have your back, I also have Good plans in store. Act natural, because you have exactly what is needed and are fully equipped to manage anything that comes your way today. You will find you can be more flexible and at ease as you place your confidence and trust in Me.

Peaceful Presence Between Each Breath

I have much to teach you about finding peace and comfort. Life certainly causes all sorts of pain: emotionally, physically, socially. The thing about My peace, though, is it is available even in the midst of really hard things. When life’s circumstances hurt or scare you, draw in to hear My voice. I love you and I am with you. Healing can and will come. Inhale confidence and exhale doubt. Find My Peace through awareness of My constant loving Presence between each breath.

Wiser, Stronger, and More Capable

You are getting stronger every day. Feel the strength coming up from your bones and muscles as well as your wise inner spirit. That is Me at work in you- drawing out more and more capability as the days and years of your life accumulate. Grasp that thought: you are getting wiser, stronger, and more capable every day. Now, use this truth to spread My Goodness in the world. I will use you for the benefit of others. You can be joyful about that!
