Show a Smile of Reassurance

Go about your day, attending capably and lovingly to others I place in your path. I ask you to listen, reassure, teach, and guide them. I’ll equip you for this task, so just listen for My nudging. I will gift you with My patience and grace. Show a smile of reassurance on your face. Allow My Light to shine within and all around you this way, soothing frazzled ends. You will understand what it means to live with peace flowing like a river as you become a river guide in this flow of everlasting love.

When Others Disappoint or Irritate You

You can treat others kindly, giving them respect and dignity even when they disappoint or irritate you. Take a deep breath before choosing your words in response to those you find personally challenging. Then, acknowledge what they have to say, even if you disagree. Do this first, and try to listen without judging. Ask Me for help when being kind and respectful is hard for you. Bring the offense you’ve experienced to Me and ask for My help to be understanding in response. You don’t have to hide your difficult emotions from Me. I get it. Let Me validate you when others cannot out of pride or ego. I will help you with perspective and with what to say in response. Remember, love always wins out in the end. Choose loving-kindness over being “right”.

All We Are Capable Of Together

Every day you are one day older, with one more day of life experience to add to your understanding of how life works. Today, I want you to acknowledge all that you and I have been capable of together. You have legitimate wisdom and insight based on your experiences, and I’ve infused your path with My help and goodness through thick and thin. Tell others of how you got through the tough times, acknowledging My help and letting them know I’m there for them, too. My love knows no boundaries. Be the Light this way today.

Leave the Judgement Calls Up to Me

Your biggest Achilles heel is worrying about what others think of you. I am not worried about that like you are. I see things differently. You are so prone to interpreting every glance, grimace, or comment as either positive, favorable, and ‘likeable’; or as negative, disdained, and a ‘turn-off’. Judging people and sizing everything up is deeply ingrained into your habits, yet this is the part I want you to work on with Me. Ask Me to take over the interpretations while you work on your response to others. Aim for acceptance, tolerance, and trying to understand where others are coming from. Leave the judgement calls up to Me as you work on embracing others just as they are. This, in turn, will bring you greater peace and improve your capacity to love unconditionally.

Seek First to Understand

Let My Goodness rule in all of your interactions today. Silently make note of times when you recognize My Presence, kindness, and love. Strive for peace with all you encounter. You get there by listening well and responding respectfully. I’ll give you the words to say when it is time to speak. Seek first to understand, though. Don’t skip this important step. Remember that I place you and others on a path with a purpose which you may not see or realize. Entrust Me with whatever you face today, and leave the outcomes up to Me.

Provide Understanding

You are living a full life, rounded out by trials and triumphs. These experiences make you rich in understanding, and it is this gift that you share so widely with others. Compassion is essential, and as you provide understanding to others you can ask for the same from them. I will be Present in this exchange. Goodness can abound and love always triumphs over darkness.
