I know you question why you can’t seem to tangibly feel My Presence. It’s hard to explain in words because the ways I am with you vary. Use all of your senses today trying to notice how I reach out to you. Learn to recognize My Presence all around you, connecting inward to your Spirit with reassurance of My love and protection. Light, color, contact with others, scents, sounds, memories…my reach to you is infinite. Trust that I am constantly with you and the evidence will unfold.

Brave Steps
You’ve taken brave steps lately. Others cannot see or truly understand the effort it takes for you to step out, pushing beyond your anxiety. I see it, though. I know when you are using your trust in Me to back you up, and I’m oh-so-proud of you. I am with you always. With each brave step I restore your confidence. Walk boldly today, strengthened and empowered by My Love for you. Having Me on your side means nothing can stand against us. You can take things in stride.
Trust Me to Balance Supply & Demand
You needn’t feel doomed by the pressures surrounding you. I can and will help. Offer Me yet another ounce of trust. You have enough and you are enough by My design. You won’t need excess or have to take on extra responsibility. Trust Me to balance the supply and demand between your time and energy. I will provide.
Change Habits of Over-Commitment
You don’t have to be “on” all the time. Stepping back and taking time to unplug is equally as important as constantly striving to do and be your best self. You have become a harsh taskmaster over the years. I want you to examine and change habits of over-commitment or feelings of hyper-responsibility. Remember, I’m the One in charge. I call you to add rest breaks into your schedule. Find balance by committing quiet time with Me daily. Release your need to control everything, trusting Me with the outcomes instead. I don’t want you weighed down by over-responsibility. Come to Me, all you who labor and are weary; find rest in Me.
You Have What it Takes
You may ask, “Why me, Lord?” Wondering why I chose you or why you are in a particular circumstance; wondering if you are enough, or do you have what it takes. My answer may surprise you. I say you are a perfect fit. I say you are more than enough, – equipped for whatever it takes. I deem you ready and capable. Others will look to you for leadership. Say yes to Me. Offer to be utterly resounded to My will and My plan, and all will unfold as it should.
Worthy of Love
Let people love you. Take in their kind words of acknowledgement, affection, or even admiration without your usual tendency to rip it all apart with internal self-criticism or outward deflection. I long for you to feel at peace and worthy of love. Reaching a place of self-acceptance requires releasing doubt and old traces of self-hatred. No one else is nearly as hard on you as you are of yourself. Allow My Love and Grace to enter in, deeply washing over your habit of self-rejection with compassion. Try seeing yourself through My eyes that love you unconditionally. I even love on you through others, too. Let us in; don’t close off or deflect genuine affection when it comes your way. Take it in, trusting in the truth of your worthiness.
Challenges Handled With Care
Let Me soothe your soul. Take in deep breaths, choosing to mentally inhale trust and exhale needless worry. No matter what happens, I’ll help see you through. Picture your current challenges as if they are packaged in a brown box, attended to by you for a little while. Deliver each one on to Me so I can ship them off labelled “handled with care”. I do care about you and your every concern. I’ll get you through safely and securely.
Relaxed and Focused
I can tell when you are wrestling with thoughts and emotions that consume more energy and attention than they deserve. Shrug those worries off as much as you can by focusing on My way of loving. Learn to leave the past in the past; don’t keep mulling it over. The more you can live conscious of My Presence in the present and My plan to work all things together for Good, the more relaxed and focused you will become. Ask Me what needs to happen today and trust Me to show you, minute by minute. Come to Me all you who are weary and find life full of burdens; I will give you rest from your worries.
Reassurance
Don’t get caught up in trying to imagine everything and work it all out in your head. I don’t work that way. Instead, let the worries of today fall away for a second as you face Me in your mind. Take a deep breath and continue to seek My face. You don’t have to fear what I’m going to say. My words are always of reassurance. You are okay – and loved. I’m right here beside you and am never going to leave your side. Let’s step into today together, trusting that I’ve made you ready and equipped you for any tasks or encounters that take place. I can and will help you focus, giving you right words to say when the time comes. You can be brave with Me at your side.
Whatever is Thrown Your Way
You are braver than you think or feel today. Rise up, throwing reservation to the wind. Step up to the plate to take your turn at bat. Despite nervousness, insecurity, and worry, you can take a full swing at whatever is thrown your way. I will orchestrate the connection between your effort and My outcomes; you just need to swing, then head to first base. One step at a time, one day at a time. Every day doesn’t have to be a home run. You will find life way more manageable if you just concentrate on one base at a time, knowing you are in My league and I’m cheering you on as a wise, trustworthy Coach.
