Stop all the “doing” for a minute and quiet your thoughts. Allow a hush to settle around you. Release your surface thoughts to Me and then, eventually, your deepest cares. This is not “magical thinking”; it’s allowing Your Creator, – who knows you more intimately than anyone else on earth,- to gently relieve you of your burdens. I pour out reassurance and guidance for you. Knowing you, I understand your needs with more clarity than even you yourself can perceive. Abide in Me today, trusting My power to heal your life. Follow in line with what I value for you by being selective with your thoughts and how you choose to expend your energy.

Don’t Be Afraid of the Conversations
You don’t have to fear. Don’t be afraid of the conversations and interactions ahead of you. I have forgiven you and your past and I have plans in store for you today as well as into the future. They are still big plans! Wait for it. Know that I’ll be with you and the others today as you talk. I need you there. I put you together with them there for a reason. It’s not all up to you to decide or decipher. Ask them about their interests. See their heart for the work and trust Me in whatever follows. My Goodness is real and present, and will override any challenges. I’ll be there; don’t forget that.
You Fit In
Do you know how much you are needed in the world? Do you recognize how others look to you for affirmation and encouragement? Do you see how I am at work not just in and for you, but also through you? Therein lies the truth. You are oh-so-valuable. You belong. You fit in and have a place and a purpose like no other. So much of your anxiety stems from doubting this. Ask My Spirit to help wash away the needs and fears so you can interact from a place of peaceful confidence today. Watch as Goodness unfolds naturally when you trust in being My creation with a purpose that suits you perfectly.
Let Me Do the Heavy Lifting
Start with this: be still. Be still and know. Know simplicity. Trust the plain and simple truth that you are LOVED, – truly loved! I am Good, and I am in you. Now, go and love others. Don’t make your day harder than it needs to be. Love yourself, love others. Lead by listening and being kind. Share. This is all good, simple, doable stuff. It doesn’t have to take anything extraordinary. Let Me do the heavy lifting today. Together we will carry out meaningful plans.
Join Me Enthusiastically
It’s important to Me that you know how pleased I am with you and that your life can be entrusted to Me. I ask only for your belief. Why do you wrestle with fear and distrust, thinking the steps ahead seem too hard or unsatisfying? Remember Who I am, and My great love and good intentions for you. Fill your mind with the joy of comraderie knowing that you are on a dual mission with Me, the Maker of all. You can find satisfaction even when the tasks are challenging or mundane. How can you not be excited about life knowing that I abide in you and you abide in Me? Join Me enthusiastically today so we can accomplish great works together.
Down Time
You will have the strength for what you need to do, but don’t neglect your need for rest, also. Down time is just as important as accomplishing tasks. Don’t overwork yourself. So many times I watch you striving so hard for goals which I have not set for you. I design your days with bits and pieces of a much bigger picture. Although you cannot envision that as fully as I do, I simply ask you to listen to My call and trust My guidance along the way. I will not push more upon you than you can reasonably carry. Examine your plans to see what is designed by Me vs. what is designed by the world. Reduce or eliminate tasks that bury you with needless stress, worry, or anxiety. I don’t want to exhaust your reserves. Trust that I will help you carry that which is truly important, then rest accordingly when the day is done.
Wanting To Console You
I know you are struggling. There are many challenges facing you and they are blocking your capacity to see Me or be aware of My Presence. I can only try to reassure you I am here…it’s up to you to release those concerns to Me. Once you do, you will see Me more clearly, but I cannot take them from your grip. I designed you to be independent in your choices with that. How I ache for you, – wanting to console you. I am powerfully able to provide for your every need. Please, entrust your whole self and all of your burdens and cares to Me. Trust My ability to care for you completely.
Get Settled
Concentrate on the word “settle” today. Settle in and strive to be comfortable with where you are at and what is going on in your life, because I have you exactly where you are needed for now. Even when the world around is seems to be in chaos, I can help you settle down. Ask for My help to get settled internally, resting with peace and confidence in My loving companionship. All is well, even if it isn’t as extraordinary as you’d prefer. Enjoy My calming Presence with you in whatever position I have placed you in today, trusting how I work and keeping faith in the greater Good to rise above all else.
Try Trust For A Minute
Trust is a big word. It can feel like a lofty, unattainable goal. Try taking it in smaller increments. Tentative steps with a brave “I’ll try it for a minute” is all you need to get started. I want to lead you forward to better spaces of peace and hope. My desire for you to trust Me is a big ask, I know. The beauty of trusting Me is that I am reliable. I’ll ALWAYS be there for you, no matter what choices you make or what consequences you are experiencing. I encourage you to take that step forward with less anxiety. You can trust Me to be loving you unconditionally already.
Avoid Preoccupation With Future Things
You can avoid preoccupation with future things. Don’t let yourself get tripped up with obsessive thoughts about situations and results that may never actually occur. Stay close to Me, your Shepherd. I know what is over the horizon. Let Me lead you on steady paths. Please, don’t try to race ahead in your thoughts or actions. You’ll only waste precious energy and create needless worry for yourself. Enjoy resting at My feet for a while. Allow Me to take over the planning for tomorrow, and the day after that. Enjoy the scenery of where I have brought you to today.
