If I Close a Door

If you are challenged by disappointment, hurt feelings or discouragement, turn to Me for comfort. Do not retaliate when these things happen. If I close a door or you encounter hardships, consider that I may merely be nudging you in a new direction. I never place hurt in someone’s life, though. Don’t attribute things that cause pain to being derived by Me because I am not that kind of God. Instead, recognize that I accompany all when they are hurting or in trouble. I’ll walk with you, picking up the pieces and providing healing into a new design for good. Work on not taking offense. Instead, take steps of trust, knowing that you are ever so loved.

Turn Your Worries Over to Me

Fear nothing. Turn your worries over to Me before they become a pile of things that you fret over. Don’t let your fears pull you in the wrong direction, threatening to destroy the child-like trust you are capable of. I am at work in your life. What a great concept to behold! You are destined for great things on this path built upon I-in-you and you-in-Me. See Me smiling at you with dancing eyes, so excited to reveal all I have in store for your life. Fear has no place here, so don’t give it the time of day. 

Seek First to Understand

Let My Goodness rule in all of your interactions today. Silently make note of times when you recognize My Presence, kindness, and love. Strive for peace with all you encounter. You get there by listening well and responding respectfully. I’ll give you the words to say when it is time to speak. Seek first to understand, though. Don’t skip this important step. Remember that I place you and others on a path with a purpose which you may not see or realize. Entrust Me with whatever you face today, and leave the outcomes up to Me.

Trust Me to Problem-Solve

“Slow your roll”. Take time to pause and remember that I’m with you and I’m the One in charge of helping. I am a loving leader, intent upon guiding you in the right steps for your growth and well-being. It’d help if you would let go of more things and trust Me to problem-solve on your behalf. You never have to work everything out alone. When you find yourself kicking into ‘fixing mode’, – just stop. Pause, listen, and trust Me instead.

Stop Using Guilt & Worry As Motivators

My love for you is not dispensed only by your good works or positive intentions. My love is totally free and ever-available. This is hard to wrap your head around because you are always trying so hard to “do what’s right” and be “good/kind/considerate enough”. Let Me tell you again that you are already “good enough” for Me and I love you completely as you are. Think about how knowing and trusting the truth of these words may change how you act and think today. Stop using guilt and worry as your motivators. Simply be compelled to be lovingly accepting of yourself and others, relaxing into this God-fueled mindset. As you learn to show compassion for yourself this will ease your distress.

Pulling You Out Of Despair

I’ve come through before and I will again (and again!). My involvement in your life never comes to an end. See Me as your Savior today, – the One pulling you out of despair and anxiety, the One guiding your choices, and the One giving opportunities for HOPE. I redeem Goodness out of all tragedies and difficulties. When everything seems daunting, look to Me for your strength and choose to trust My Presence and might.

Setbacks

Let’s look at your setbacks together today. Weep with Me as you grieve the pieces that didn’t go as you expected or hoped for. It’s okay and natural to be sad or even annoyed when that happens. Once you’ve acknowledged your emotions, aim your sights on joyful anticipation for what I have in store around the corner. Some setbacks come from trying to make things happen before their time. Instead of pushing the envelope using your own means of control, step back in faith and trust Me to be in charge. I have Good plans in mind for you and they will unfold in due time.

With You In The Waiting

Truly, I am yours and you are Mine. I am with you in the waiting and stillness, where it seems silent and uninspiring right now. Take this time of quiet to rest comfortably, getting reacquainted with your inner soul again. You are still destined for big things. I’ll use this time of reflection to prepare you for bigger plans ahead. As you long to be inspired and passionate about your purpose again, I am with you. Use this down time to breathe and practice trusting Me, envisioning that I need you for grand plans. Enjoy the mystery of it all, anticipating excitement and enthusiasm to return to your Spirit because I have Good things in store!

My Designs Are Enjoyable

Enjoy! Live a little! Bask in My Presence and take your own agendas lightly, allowing Me to do and accomplish Good work in you. Keep your mind open and attentive to those around you. I speak in many ways- sometimes in those who are seemingly insignificant. You are good at what I designed for you, so take confidence and comfort in knowing and trusting that whatever I place before you is something you will be equipped to handle. My designs are perfect, and even enjoyable. Use your compassionate heart to attend to everyone I place in your path today. Live in My Light.

Let Me Replenish Your Energy

You are bone-tired; I can see that. I also see your willing Spirit calling you to move on, one step at a time. I am with you, shouldering your burdens and assisting with the journey when it feels too tough or exhausting. Close your eyes and rest with Me for a moment. Let Me replenish your energy and refresh your perspective. Learn to trust My constant Companionship and My design for your life. Practice knowing that each day is designed with certain interactions and outcomes beyond your mortal vision.
