What I reveal to you in the quietness is an ability to calm down the racing thoughts and minimize the To-Do lists. Allow Me to handle them today. Rest, play, connect with others, rejuvenate. Everything Doesn’t Have To Be Hard

Soak in the Light today. Get outdoors and breathe in My glorious fresh air. Enjoy the opportunity to move about without worry or undue stress. You know “hard”. You’ve been through a lot. Everything doesn’t have to be hard, though. Be rejuvenated by taking a breath and knowing I am with you, recovering Good out of all you’ve endured and bringing you to a new day.

Put Your Feet Up

I am teaching you to slow down and rest. You pound your life so hard with work and physical demands, all of which take a toll on you over time. Come to Me and you’ll find rest. Put your feet up. DO LESS. I know that may seem counterintuitive when there are so many obvious needs all around you, but I don’t want to create broken warriors. Instead, I want refreshed helpers. I need people who slow their pace enough to truly listen to others. I will supply all of your energy needed for this day. Concentrate on My call bringing you to the well.

Your Busy Head Needs Time Off

I need all of you. Not just a little bit like leftovers after a full meal has been dished out. I want your whole self committed to Me: your work time and your leisure. Part of giving Me your whole self means paying attention to how you find balance. I call you to intentionally set aside time for rest and for “play” because your busy head needs time off. Fill your cup with My reservoir of love by spending time with others you enjoy and who love you back. See what this can do to renew your heart.
