Soak in the Light today. Get outdoors and breathe in My glorious fresh air. Enjoy the opportunity to move about without worry or undue stress. You know “hard”. You’ve been through a lot. Everything doesn’t have to be hard, though. Be rejuvenated by taking a breath and knowing I am with you, recovering Good out of all you’ve endured and bringing you to a new day.

Know that you are enough for Me, and I am enough for you. Be good with that. Come to Me with your worries and fears when they creep in and start to unsettle you. Hand them over to Me, then rest with trust in My arms. As you recover and regain your footing, look back at Me, your constant companion, with each step you take forward. Live in 24-hour segments, releasing the cares of tomorrow and the regrets of yesterday. Know that I’ve got your back and you are truly loved. Don’t worry about getting it all done today; sometimes only part of the work is necessary. Piece by piece, you will accomplish what is needed and still be able to breathe in My peace.
