Grateful Grin

Practice the art of peaceful smiling. Just pause, look around, and put forth a grateful grin toward all you see in the moment, knowing that you and I are meeting right here, right now. Like our own little secret, you can take pleasure in this connection. Trust that I am here, bestowing Goodness upon you. I am working everything out for your future so you don’t have to worry or think about that right now. Just smile and say, “You’ve got this, God, – and I’ve got you, so all is well”. Thank Me as I smile upon you, as well.

Take Off the Pressure to Perform

I know how you struggle with finding or maintaining a peaceful state of mind. It feels like there is so much to do and so little time some days. I want you to take off the pressure to perform. The best way to manage that is to intentionally pause and linger in moments. Stop long enough to whisper My name and recognize My calming Presence. Listen for small sounds and focus on the gentle Light I place around you. In this quiet, hushed place you can be refreshed- reminded that you never go it alone. I am with you, equipping you and taking care of the outcomes. You will have all you need.

Just Be

Be okay with yourself for a day. Stop the relentless teeth grinding and self-imposed pressure to perform, handle, initiate, follow through on, and take care of things. Listen to yourself setting that expectation bar so high. Just “be” for a change. Work on mindfulness, – a step by step awareness and contentment without excessive planning or self-criticism for what isn’t getting done. My ways of Peace may not seem aligned with your work ethic and drive. Listen to Me and let Me teach you. You don’t always have to show accomplishment to be a successful, devoted follower of Mine. Practice being calm and peaceful, even around others. Less is more today.
