You can still focus on self-care while working or attending to home-life because you and I are One. I am with you wherever you go and in whatever you are doing. Take your time. Slowing down to an easier pace will serve you well on this day of attending to better self-care. I call you to stay in close awareness of our tight, comforting relationship. Take delight in My Goodness and My reign over you, allowing Me to alleviate all that worry or fear of unworthiness. Let Me show the abundance of goods and opportunities ahead, helping you anticipate joy and gratitude for many blessings.

I Will Not Drop You

I know your residual fears and I see those worries cropping up in your head. What I desire most is for you to trust that I am reliable, and I am here for you. I will not drop you. I never leave your side. I also don’t inflict these challenges on you. Look for My loving face again, reminded of the love and joy we once had when you recognized and relied upon My attentive care. Take your anxiety and cast it upon Me. Walk just one step at a time, reassured I will take care of everything in due time. Choose belief.

Seek First to Understand

Let My Goodness rule in all of your interactions today. Silently make note of times when you recognize My Presence, kindness, and love. Strive for peace with all you encounter. You get there by listening well and responding respectfully. I’ll give you the words to say when it is time to speak. Seek first to understand, though. Don’t skip this important step. Remember that I place you and others on a path with a purpose which you may not see or realize. Entrust Me with whatever you face today, and leave the outcomes up to Me.

Bound Together in Love

I’ll be with you. You need never feel lonely because you can share everything with me – each detail, every conversation, each tentative plan. I understand and know your deepest longings. Go Where I Ask

Do you love Me enough to go where I ask today? I know you are tired. I see your fatigue. Nothing goes unregistered by Me. Take some of that pressure off your shoulders simply by acknowledging My supply. I give ever-enough to get you through the day, every day. You don’t have to feel responsible for everything all the time. (I know how you think). Let Me be in charge, and you just follow along. Before you know it, things will get done. All will be well.

No Need to Prove Yourself

You know My ways. You’ve studied them and tried so hard to “do right by Me”. I cherish your loving devotion. Let Me remind you, though, that My love never has to be earned by you “doing everything right”. Today, nestle in with the idea that you are perfect to Me just as you are. There’s nothing to do and no need to prove yourself as worthy of My love. I already love you! I am yours and you are Mine. Therefore, any anxiety toward your day is needless. Walk in confident trust in our relationship knowing you are fully supported and loved.

Living For Me

Living for Me is what matters. Examine your day ahead, considering what I’ve asked you to do in it. Be present to others, giving them your full attention. Use loving eyes and heart-felt responses. In doing so, you live like Me. That is always ‘enough’. You are enough, and fully loved by Me.

Walk Away From The Negativity

Like water rolling off a duck’s back, let those petty annoyances drip off. Shake your feathers and watch those insensitive and unkind words flick off easily. You are deserving of love and don’t need those negative memories gnawing at you. Look for the Good and presume positive intentions even if other’s actions were offensive, condescending, or hurtful. You can be bigger than that and walk away from the negativity. Nothing needs to erode your Peace, which you’ll find in looking to Me and living in My ways. Ask Me for help to clear your mind and find Me readily with you, refreshing your perspective and outlook.
