You Are All the World Needs

Today, just “be”. Be still in your head and in your heart, trusting that the day will unfold just as it should. Lean into Me with trust and dependency, for I am a dependable companion. Don’t forget that I am also GOD. You don’t have to be in charge of every little detail. You cannot really control the outcomes, either. Just try to breathe and relax, knowing you’ve put your best foot forward and your best effort has already been invested. You are kind, caring, and compassionate, and you are all the world needs right where you find yourself every minute of this day. In other words, you are enough, loved and loveable, just as you are.

Listen to the Stillness

It is so important, yet rare, that you take the time for quieting. Listen to the stillness of this moment. Absorb it, opening your mind to this simplicity, – then you can hear My great voice. Today, be freed just to listen with no expectations placed on you. I call you to truly rest and bask in the quiet. You don’t have to always be productive in order to be loved by Me. Practice the art of meditation today. Be still and know that I am God. Know Me. Know I Am. Just be still.

Trust Your Inner Knowing

You’ll know what to say and how to say it when the time comes. Trust your inner knowing, which is My Spirit at hand. You can believe that I am with you and with them in that moment when you converse. I shed Light on all situations whether personal, public or private. Just open a window in your mind and remember that I’ve already been let in. It’s okay to let your guard down. Breathe in fresh receptivity.
