Acknowledge Your Anger

It’s alright to acknowledge your anger when it arises. In fact, it’s important to pick it up, examine it without judging it as “good” or “bad”, and then set it down at My feet. Let your anger rest there, entrusted to Me so that you can move on. If you keep grabbing it back, I cannot help as much as I’d like. You don’t have to spend so much energy wallowing in fury or petty annoyances. I attend to you and all of your emotions with Grace and healing, calling you to peaceful living.

Mistakes Happen

You are forgetting the truth that I love you just as you are! I do not expect perfection. It is in your flaws and your talents BOTH that I dwell. Mistakes happen. Redemption does, too. Aim your sights on choosing to do what is pleasing in My sight, and leave the judgement of outcomes up to Me. Do all things in love, then trust yourself and Me enough to know that it is Good enough.

Don’t Give In to Anxious Habits

Old presumptions and misguided worries do not have to drive you anymore. Don’t give in to those anxious habits, imagining things going wrong or assuming you are being judged critically. Everything is not going to fall apart. Instead, try cutting back on all the texting and social media that bombard you with messages. Live in a quieter space where you can regain awareness of Me again. You will find contentment and inner peace this way, derived from My guidance and Light within.
