How to Spend Your Time

Bask in the intimacy of our relationship today. Take joy and comfort in knowing I see you as you sleep, arise, and in your every move. Talk with Me often in your head, acknowledging things you notice, questions you face, and decisions you must make. I can help you choose how to spend your time and what to focus on wisely. Be inspired to do more knowing I place interests, goals, and perspective all as part of My great plan for you. Nothing you do or say goes unnoticed by Me. I don’t criticize your every move, either. I want you to see Me as your great encourager, motioning you to places, tasks, and conversations full of Goodness and meaning. I am powerfully present in it all. Know that you are loved first, then walk into your day engulfed in the grace of this truth.

Get Rid of the Clutter and Haste

You can be inspired and inspiring. Watch those around you who live joyfully or peacefully, and emulate a lifestyle that devotes itself to those things. Simplicity is a spiritual discipline worth practicing and will help you get there. As you learn to simplify your choices, schedule, and environment, you make room for My spontaneity to enter. Slowing down your activity level will make you more receptive to the slight twists and bends of the journey I’d like to lead you on. I make ways in the wilderness. You’ll find the path I have marked for you. For now, get rid of the clutter and haste. Slowing and simplifying will bring greater joy and peace of mind to you. Less is more.

With You In The Waiting

Truly, I am yours and you are Mine. I am with you in the waiting and stillness, where it seems silent and uninspiring right now. Take this time of quiet to rest comfortably, getting reacquainted with your inner soul again. You are still destined for big things. I’ll use this time of reflection to prepare you for bigger plans ahead. As you long to be inspired and passionate about your purpose again, I am with you. Use this down time to breathe and practice trusting Me, envisioning that I need you for grand plans. Enjoy the mystery of it all, anticipating excitement and enthusiasm to return to your Spirit because I have Good things in store!

Including Hope

I still have big plans in store for you and for the world. I know you’ve doubted that lately, feeling complacent, discouraged, and lacking in motivation toward your part in the change. Try viewing this down time as a platform for recuperating and gaining new perspective. Ready yourself for things unknown and full of exciting promise. You can be at peace in the present, but don’t forget about including hope for the future in what you picture ahead. I’ll light the way.

What It’s Like to Be Inspired

I lay things on your heart when I think you are ready for them. Grow in your trust for Me, because you are being prepared to take on new ventures. Today I want you to remember what it’s like to be inspired. Recall how I whispered My thoughts to you and ignited excitement and energy, lighting a fire in your heart. Remember how My ideas easily poured out and the pieces came together simply when you said, “Yes”. Greet Me at the door, knocking and calling enthusiastically to you saying, “C’mon! Let’s GO.” Invite others in for our inspirational ride. I will lead the way.

When Inspiration Is Hard To Come By

Some days seem more bleak, mundane, or overwhelming than others. On those days when inspiration is hard to come by, still make time to sit quietly with Me. As you hone in on My Presence, a flicker of Light will come on inside. Something deeper will be awakened, giving a sense or purpose that cannot be seen or named. I work in and around you every single day. I call you to My Mission. Trust in the truth that I need you in this day, and proceed with openness and receptivity to whatever I bring before you. I am with you, always.

I Open Doors

Stay true to Me and to what you are passionate about. After all, I instill inspiring thoughts, and I open doors. As long as it is Me you are ultimately serving, your efforts will be fruitful. Be of good cheer even in the mundane tasks of today, for the reward later will show you efforts were worthy of time, devotion, and attention.

 

Let Me Do the Heavy Lifting

Start with this: be still. Be still and know. Know simplicity. Trust the plain and simple truth that you are LOVED, – truly loved!  I am Good, and I am in you. Now, go and love others. Don’t make your day harder than it needs to be. Love yourself, love others. Lead by listening and being kind. Share. This is all good, simple, doable stuff. It doesn’t have to take anything extraordinary. Let Me do the heavy lifting today. Together we will carry out meaningful plans.

Reassurance – At The Tipping Point

You have already done great things for Me. Others see your Light and are drawn closer to Me as a result. You give reassurance, inspiring others by how you handle adversity. I will not let you go so low as to not be able to get back up. I will never leave or forsake you. Stay strong, especially now. When you think you are at the tipping point, keep focused on My Presence and I will restore your footing. I will continue to supply you with all you need.

Be Encouraged

I have words of inspiration and encouragement for you today. Words of reassurance that I make all things new! Whatever is troubling you or weighing you down, let Me have a go at it. I tear down walls and rebuild bridges. You know Me. Our history shows that I am a God who parts waters, washing the hostility away behind you as I bring you to new ground. Be encouraged, and allow Me to give you vision with a new perspective. I am the God who renews and regenerates. Take it in.
