You have dozens of days behind you. Your life experience has been full of drama, challenges, and diligence. In the midst of it all, I am and have been here all along. Turn to Me, your constant Companion, as you step into this day. Ask Me to share your view so that I can guide our activities, decisions, and actions. We are interwoven and your work can be congruous and in-line with Me. Find purpose in knowing and trusting this day’s co-led mission. Remember that we have a long history of doing things together.
God’s Purpose
Destined for Purposeful Use
All living things have the capacity for Me to work in and through them. Knowing this truth, how can you view your interactions with others differently today? Will you show more interest? Would you be more eager to listen than to expound your own opinions? Will you step into leadership roles, bravely trusting that I’ve equipped you? Go now in peace and enthusiasm to hear and be with Me. Walk with humble confidence, trusting that My Light is in you. You are destined for purposeful use in a world that is hungry for Me.
What I Put On Your Heart
Stay true to what I put on your heart and what resonates on a gut-level. It is here that I speak to you in mysterious ways. The nudge to call someone that comes out of the blue. The urge to truly listen and focus on strangers or acquaintances who talk to you, not giving in to distraction or allowing impatience or boredom to pull you away. Everyone deserves to be heard, – even you. I assure you, I am listening. I may be urging you to speak up, too. Listen to your heart and sense the part that is My voice calling out. You can trust the way I speak to you and sense the direction you are to take.
Your Only Job Is To Love
You think you have many tasks on your calendar today, but look at it from this perspective: your only job is to love. In every call you receive and every interaction you have, your business is simply to show love. That may require you to listen a little longer to those who appear annoying or trivial initially. Lend an attentive ear with kindness. It may require reaching out when you know it will cause an investment of time that you’d rather be spending elsewhere. If you take My business of loving to the streets of your city, My kingdom can be built one encounter at a time. Take the excess worry, anxiety, and frustration off your plate and pile it at My feet. I’ll make room for what is most needed today.
You Fit In
Do you know how much you are needed in the world? Do you recognize how others look to you for affirmation and encouragement? Do you see how I am at work not just in and for you, but also through you? Therein lies the truth. You are oh-so-valuable. You belong. You fit in and have a place and a purpose like no other. So much of your anxiety stems from doubting this. Ask My Spirit to help wash away the needs and fears so you can interact from a place of peaceful confidence today. Watch as Goodness unfolds naturally when you trust in being My creation with a purpose that suits you perfectly.
Get Settled
Concentrate on the word “settle” today. Settle in and strive to be comfortable with where you are at and what is going on in your life, because I have you exactly where you are needed for now. Even when the world around is seems to be in chaos, I can help you settle down. Ask for My help to get settled internally, resting with peace and confidence in My loving companionship. All is well, even if it isn’t as extraordinary as you’d prefer. Enjoy My calming Presence with you in whatever position I have placed you in today, trusting how I work and keeping faith in the greater Good to rise above all else.
What I Think About You
You can stop worrying about what others are thinking of you. Picture what I think about you instead. I already like who you are, and I don’t want you getting caught up trying to measure your scope of influence. Get comfortable with “being” today: being present, open, relaxed, and self-confident even if you are not contributing to the conversation. You presence alone is part of the plan. Remember that I place you in each situation you find yourself in today. Concentrate on how you are needed and know that what I have in store for you is important and you are enough for the job.
Releasing Temporary Discomforts
The world measures by temporal things: comforts, wants, and concerns, – things that fade or do not sustain you. Find contentment right where you are, with no more and no less than you need. Practice releasing temporary discomforts, thoughts, or worries and needs into My capable hands, right in this moment. Sit quietly, absorbing My Presence as the most real want and solid satisfaction. I supply all things in due time. This day matters and your wishes matter to Me. My purpose for you, when we are in harmony, is doable and satisfying. Be fulfilled and content, working in sync with Me today and trusting that I hear your heart’s desires. I know what is best for you. Even as you mourn and groan, know that I stand by your side, fully attentive to you. All things in due time, My love. I am here.
In Sickness and In Health
You are Mine – always, – in sickness and in health. Forevermore tied. I’m devoted to helping you recover from past hurts as well as working through present worries or ailments. I see your good intentions and I know your fears and roadblocks. You can entrust Me with both your history and your present concerns. Feel Me tugging at your heart, calling you to compassionate awareness of your need for wellness. I make precious gemstones out of rocks over time when you give way to My purpose and healing intentions for your life.
I Know the Way
I know the way. I know the reasons. Walk in trust, knowing that I am leading you right where I most need you to go. You will enter every event and circumstance well-equipped to do My work. Relax into the experience, listening and speaking as My Spirit prompts you to. I picked you for these tasks and encounters because I sustain all life. You are created for My Good. I interweave people, needs, skills, blessings, hurts, and healing by attending to each person with great love and mastery over all things. Allow Me to do a good work in You and through you today. Don’t forget that I’m listening and attending to each of your own deep and personal needs, too. I hear the unspoken pieces and am responding to all things in due time.
