Be a conduit for My outcomes. I ask you to show up for the day open to how I will use you. All things happen for a positive reason when you release yourself into the care and guidance of My capable hands. I won’t let you down. You can come through anything with a bright outlook, knowing and trusting that your future is safe with Me at your side, always. Let’s go create Goodness and share blessings in a troubled world. You are an encourager and we will use that for Good today.
God’s Plan
The Most Loving Thing You Do Today
It’s not how you look or what you say that makes the biggest impression; it’s how you treat each other that makes all the difference. Showing patience, humility, and love is a big deal. Attend to My people. Look them in the eye and give them your time with attentive listening. This expresses value and worth. Ask questions; show interest. A nod of understanding can be the most loving thing you do today. See how this bounces back to you, as well, on this “day of love”. Be willing to reach out to someone beyond your comfort zone of familiarity if I nudge you. I’ll be loving on you the whole time, too. This is the way My Love works in the world. It’s as simple and powerful as that.
Trusting the Decisions
I made you a smart person who is capable of clear thinking, sound judgment, and good decision-making. Even with all that ability, though, sometimes life hands out situations that are hard to sort out. I can tell you this much: as you make your choices, I will never leave your side. When you ask for My guidance, I will lead the way. You have to work on trusting the decisions and not looking back or second-guessing the choices that are made. Move on, facing forward with determination, faith, confidence, and peace of mind. Knowing I am with you always will help you rest. You can’t go wrong with Me.
Okay With Imperfection
It’s OK to not be perfect. Repeat this to yourself often today. You are exactly the right fit for each task and situation I impose upon you. Take your whole self, – flaws and all, -with an inner confidence in My plan and your capacity to fulfill it. If any mistakes occur, acknowledge them without added guilt or shame and then move on. Even mistakes can be part of My design. You need to go easier on yourself, and this will help you go easier on others with enhanced capacity to forgive and love naturally. As you practice releasing unreachable standards and owning the fact that imperfection is okay with Me, you can laugh at yourself a little more and trust that I love ALL of you, even with quirks and flaws.
Look In Another Direction
What are you choking on? Technology, words, unhealthy habits, worries? Take a drink from My well and let it wash over these things. Let Me take precedence in your thoughts. Turn away from these distractions as often as you can, aiming your sights on Me instead. There is so much offered in the world that fills you with discomfort. I call you to look in another direction. I teach joy and healing through learning the art of being still. Work toward simplifying life around you, eliminating excess activity and stimulation. Calm your soul by striving for a With-God life like this. In this very moment you can find Peace and connection to Me. Notice how My Light is all around you.
Go Willingly
Are you fighting against the tide? Go willingly where I am taking you and the way will be easier. If you are in high water, I will help you stay afloat. I will also deposit you back on shore for time to rest and recuperate. Entrust Me with the plan because I love you. I don’t want you to be so anxious all the time. Go with My flow, for My yoke is easy and My burden is light. There is a Divine direction in all of this.
Preparing for Bigger Things
I am preparing you for bigger things to come. Sit with that thought for a moment. It’s not you who must prepare for My plans; your job is simply to be ready to receive. Be open to learning, trying new things, and receiving My work within you. Anxiety will try to creep in and take over, but you can resist that old habit by recognizing this is not all up to you. I am a trustworthy God. Be child-like with curiosity and enthusiasm for the new things I want you to experience. You will be equipped to step boldly onto the path I draw you to, – confident and assured that My will is doable and sure.
Left Standing After the Storm
When your head is in a fog and weighed down by too many things, lift up your chin. Look up! My hand is ever-changing the world around you. Tilt your face in My direction and utter a sense of trust in My plans for you. I’ve got this. I know your whereabouts, your disappointments, and your concerns. Allow Me to water the soil around you as you experience the winds of change. Watch Me open up the skies of possibility. Things will be left standing even after the storm passes, including you. You can count on Me to be your shelter, bracing you for whatever you must weather next.
Choose Wonder and Appreciation
I know you are only one person. I recognize your weariness and worried nature. I am your God, and all who place their trust in Me will prosper. My plans are not to destroy you or break you down. Let Me reassure you: there is time enough for everything, even rest. You have worked hard for Me and I want to bless you with noticing and enjoying of My gifts of nature, sounds, sun, smells, laughter, & more. Today need not be such a stressful day. Make it one of Goodness where you choose to be in a state of wonder and appreciation. Relax, doing only one thing at a time so you can be fully present in the moment.
The Unexpected
Look for My hand in the unexpected today. In silent observation, take note of how I call you to act, respond, interact, or receive, – learning to recognize that it may be precisely the unexpected change in plan where My greatest works are being accomplished. Take note of how I supply all you need: patience, endurance, compassion, persistence, energy, then rest. I will equip you fully in this day. Practice trusting Me in these experiences and you will find My peace that goes beyond understanding.
