I am preparing you for bigger things to come. Sit with that thought for a moment. It’s not you who must prepare for My plans; your job is simply to be ready to receive. Be open to learning, trying new things, and receiving My work within you. Anxiety will try to creep in and take over, but you can resist that old habit by recognizing this is not all up to you. I am a trustworthy God. Be child-like with curiosity and enthusiasm for the new things I want you to experience. You will be equipped to step boldly onto the path I draw you to, – confident and assured that My will is doable and sure.

The Unexpected
Look for My hand in the unexpected today. In silent observation, take note of how I call you to act, respond, interact, or receive, – learning to recognize that it may be precisely the unexpected change in plan where My greatest works are being accomplished. Take note of how I supply all you need: patience, endurance, compassion, persistence, energy, then rest. I will equip you fully in this day. Practice trusting Me in these experiences and you will find My peace that goes beyond understanding.
Peace of Mind
I am near. The One who breathed life into you and loves you fully is right next to you, – even inside your head and heart. Take comfort in My utter closeness. I want to ease your painful anxiety. In fact, I ache to lift that burdensome way of thinking. Oh My child, if only you would latch onto the truth. Be aware of My Presence and plan, knowing that I strengthen, equip, and comfort you exactly as you need at any given moment. Therein lies your peace of mind, patiently awaiting you to trustingly breathe it in.
To Handle Tough Situations
I’ll give you all that you need to handle tough situations. While it may take extreme courage to walk through the door, remember that I’m the One opening it and accompanying you in, every step of the way. Look to Me for your confidence. If you need a protective stance, I’ll be the barrier to help deflect things that aim to hurt you. You can be peacefully present even among others who are engulfed in their own hostility. Hold My Hand tightly under the table. I’ll get you through.
Take Off the Pressure to Perform
I know how you struggle with finding or maintaining a peaceful state of mind. It feels like there is so much to do and so little time some days. I want you to take off the pressure to perform. The best way to manage that is to intentionally pause and linger in moments. Stop long enough to whisper My name and recognize My calming Presence. Listen for small sounds and focus on the gentle Light I place around you. In this quiet, hushed place you can be refreshed- reminded that you never go it alone. I am with you, equipping you and taking care of the outcomes. You will have all you need.
Facing Dark Forces
At times it can feel like there are dark forces all around you. I equip you for battles when you must face or contend with them. Sometimes it requires words and actions. Other times the mere act of prayer, – inviting the Light in, – is enough to make darkness retreat. Love overpowers and peace rules when it is for My purposes and Good outcomes. Call upon My protective power and the army of saints will be available to assist you. My armament may require a humble stance at times, too. Let peace reign in your heart toward all. Be slow to judge and quick to forgive FIRST. If I call you to further action beyond that, you will know. Choose love as your sword and faith as your shield.
You Have What it Takes
You may ask, “Why me, Lord?” Wondering why I chose you or why you are in a particular circumstance; wondering if you are enough, or do you have what it takes. My answer may surprise you. I say you are a perfect fit. I say you are more than enough, – equipped for whatever it takes. I deem you ready and capable. Others will look to you for leadership. Say yes to Me. Offer to be utterly resounded to My will and My plan, and all will unfold as it should.
Reassurance
Don’t get caught up in trying to imagine everything and work it all out in your head. I don’t work that way. Instead, let the worries of today fall away for a second as you face Me in your mind. Take a deep breath and continue to seek My face. You don’t have to fear what I’m going to say. My words are always of reassurance. You are okay – and loved. I’m right here beside you and am never going to leave your side. Let’s step into today together, trusting that I’ve made you ready and equipped you for any tasks or encounters that take place. I can and will help you focus, giving you right words to say when the time comes. You can be brave with Me at your side.
Stick Close to Me
Stick close to Me. I know your anxious ways, but I would rather have you come to Me for reassurance. All is well. You are set to do the right thing today. My hand is at your back, gently guiding you from place to place. Breathe in confidence, knowing I’ve prepared you for whatever is at hand. You’ve got this; I’ve made you ready.
Don’t Get Preoccupied with Tomorrow
I place My holy hand upon you in this day. You are called, chosen, and ready because you are My child. Don’t be intimidated by anything I ask of you – in this day or the next. I wouldn’t call you to anything that I won’t equally equip you for. Don’t get preoccupied with tomorrow. Pull in the reigns of your mind for the tasks of this day only. The more you practice this skill, the better your capacity to trust Me will be refined. See that what I am providing is plenty, and be thankful.
