You can be fragile at times, feeling on the brink of sadness, anxiety, and even despair. This I say with all My heart: do not worry! I am with you and for you, ready to help make things happen in a way that fully supplies for your every need emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Avoid striving for perfection and see how embracing a flawed life can bring peace and ease. I love you exactly as you are, and others do, too. Cling to these truths when you feel yourself near the brink, and find that you can easily move away from any danger of falling apart.

You’ve Always Had Enough

Take note of when you are full and remind yourself that I supply all that you need. Find deep gratitude in your heart for the ways you are “okay” and the excess of Goodness that is provided by Me. Hold on to and remember times like this when despite hardships, I help you get through. You have always had enough. Take care of what I bestow on you in this life- precious cargo to help you with every leg of the journey.

Afraid of Falling Short

I see you working so hard to try to do everything “right”, yet feeling afraid that you are missing the mark or falling short. This couldn’t be further from the truth!  I never ask more of you than what you’ve already been equipped to give. When that inaccurately critical voice tries to overwhelm you with distorted self-evaluation, stop and face Me. Look to My gaze, so full of complete love, reassurance, forgiveness, and ultimate acceptance. That is the truth about you. You are loving, capable, and kind. Don’t let any little flaws or misperceptions try to convince you otherwise. I love you totally, and you are Mine for all of time.

Stop Doubting Yourself

The work for today is clear; that is all you need to see at this time. I have blessed your surroundings. I have equipped you with all you need; no more, no less. I am in charge. Stop doubting yourself; it is a waste of energy. I don’t drive a cruel labor force. Let your work effort be genuine and of a pure heart, and this will definitely be enough. I will walk together with you.

Whatever is Needed is Doable

Whatever is needed from you today is doable. I make all things work together for Good. I won’t ask more of you than what you can truly handle. Try not to look at the day ahead measuring your energy and strength against what you think it’ll take to get through. You can trust that I’ll equip you with enough stamina, and then-some. Look for ways to partner with others and share the load when the opportunity arises, too. Remember, it’s not all up to you. My hand is at work. Don’t let yourself be intimidated by anything I place before you. Believe in how capable you are.

Ready for Whatever

No matter how hard the effort looks, just show up today. Show up to work, to conversations, to visits, – whatever I lay on your heart. I will make sure you have what you need to make it through. Show up for Me, because I’ve asked you to. When you arrive with an attentive presence like this, I’ll overwhelm you right back in good ways. It won’t be nearly as hard as you think or fearfully imagine it to be, because you can trust Me to equip you for every little detail. You’ll have the words and energy making you ready for whatever. You can rely on Me to prepare you thoroughly.

Say Yes

I still have work for you to do, but that doesn’t have to sound or feel intimidating. My works are easy and will come naturally to you because you are designed by Me. You know what it feels like to be capable and competent based on skills you’ve honed or experiences you’ve been through in the past. Be open, therefore, to whatever I lay before you. When you are presented with something new, don’t show away or retreat out of self-doubt. Instead, say yes – even with shaky hands – because you know how to cling to My grip. Strap in for the ride ahead, picturing yourself joyfully experiencing sights unseen with Me, your reliable copilot, at your side.

Start with Calming Reassurance

Grasp My hand and hold tight to steady yourself instead of giving in to old habits of anxiety and worry. I want happiness for you, starting with calming reassurance. Anxiety stems from mistakenly thinking you won’t have whatever it takes to move through life’s experiences, but this couldn’t be further from the truth. I will equip and sustain you with more than enough for what you need. Trust Me in this truth and in My love for you, which is always there to steady you.

The Parts You Contribute

You don’t have to get so worked up over things today. Ask Me to help you settle down inside. When you start to rev up with anxiety or kick into control mode out of fear, push the pause button and turn to Me for perspective. Take a deep breath. Remember that I can and do turn all situations into good results over time. It’s not all up to you to lead, fix, or control. Once you see the outcomes are not all up to you to create, you can get back to concentrating on the parts you contribute. Remember how capable you are, and trust that I equip you for all that is needed. You can count on Me to be there with and for you, always.
