Beware of trying to handle everything on your own. This trips you up and triggers anxious thoughts. The critical voice loves to sneak in at those times and make you feel you are somehow falling short. I know otherwise about you! I see the loving intentions, capable actions, and thoughtful approaches you exhibit. I know your true self, and I also know you can trust Me to help you every minute and every hour of the day.
