Oftentimes, you hide deep self-criticism, disappointment, and inaccurate accusations against yourself in your thoughts. Your sincere desire to encourage, connect with, and uplift others should also be applied to your self-talk. Your passionate heart for equity and inclusion is super evident and others are drawn to you by it. That is the truth…not all the other anxious messages which try to erode your Light. Letting Me lead the way, use your time of interaction to be the Light I’ve designed and set in you, and don’t forget to enjoy it bouncing back as My Spirit dances from person to person.

You Fit In
Do you know how much you are needed in the world? Do you recognize how others look to you for affirmation and encouragement? Do you see how I am at work not just in and for you, but also through you? Therein lies the truth. You are oh-so-valuable. You belong. You fit in and have a place and a purpose like no other. So much of your anxiety stems from doubting this. Ask My Spirit to help wash away the needs and fears so you can interact from a place of peaceful confidence today. Watch as Goodness unfolds naturally when you trust in being My creation with a purpose that suits you perfectly.
Try Trust For A Minute
Trust is a big word. It can feel like a lofty, unattainable goal. Try taking it in smaller increments. Tentative steps with a brave “I’ll try it for a minute” is all you need to get started. I want to lead you forward to better spaces of peace and hope. My desire for you to trust Me is a big ask, I know. The beauty of trusting Me is that I am reliable. I’ll ALWAYS be there for you, no matter what choices you make or what consequences you are experiencing. I encourage you to take that step forward with less anxiety. You can trust Me to be loving you unconditionally already.
Being Light-Hearted
Sometimes being “lighthearted” takes a conscious effort. When life is discouraging, choosing to believe in My ability to help you overcome can be hard. Choose belief today anyway. Defiantly stand in the face of all that seeks to overwhelm you and say, “My God is bigger than this!” I am a trustworthy and loving God who notices and attends to every detail of your life. You can aim your face to My Light of hope and let it fill your heart with courage to get through the day. There is joy up ahead, and reason to be Light-hearted yet today.
When You Feel Discouraged
I know what I have asked you to do can be hard. When you feel discouraged, – even angry at the load you carry for Me, – remember that I am right there with you carrying the weight and renewing your strength daily. Don’t fall under the deceptive one’s message that you “can’t handle it anymore”. That is a lie, because with Me, all things are possible. Your life, your purpose, and your joy matters to Me immensely because you are My beloved child. Step persistently into today with confident trust that your deepest desires have been heard and are being attended to by Me.
Create Goodness in a Troubled World
Be a conduit for My outcomes. I ask you to show up for the day open to how I will use you. All things happen for a positive reason when you release yourself into the care and guidance of My capable hands. I won’t let you down. You can come through anything with a bright outlook, knowing and trusting that your future is safe with Me at your side, always. Let’s go create Goodness and share blessings in a troubled world. You are an encourager and we will use that for Good today.
Stop Paddling
I am a God you can trust. I am the greatest listener, encourager, and healer. Let Me be your rock today, – a solid, sturdy place to stand, sit or rest upon as you see fit for your needs. I provide firm support that is unwavering against waves or stormy weather. You can dock your boat firmly to Me. It’s important to stop paddling now and then and step out of the water. Come to Me for focus and guidance.
My Light Emanates From You
See My Light filter into any space you enter. Notice how it emanates from you and from others. I am all around! Hear Me encouraging you to believe in yourself and to know and use your beautiful talents as only you can uniquely do. Focus your own heart on service to others and in so doing, serve My Purpose to fill the gaps and needs in this world. Hear Me saying “Well done, My faithful one” at the end of the day. I am Healer and Friend, – the way and the truth, – giving Life.
Reach Out to the Lonely
Reach out to the lonely. Use My kind of eyes to notice the fragile threads of people’s lives. Pay attention to those who feel unaccompanied or disconnected. It doesn’t require much to pause and connect with eye contact, a consoling nod, or sharing a genuine word of encouragement. I will shed light on opportunities to take time and notice others. Recognize the Light in you that provides strength and guidance on holy paths. You are not too broken to be My hand in the world.
Step Out With Confidence
You are My delight, yet you mostly do not recognize it. Why do you have such difficulty believing this? Come to Me. Step forward out of the dark corners you stay shadowed in. I want you to be fully seen. Let My tears of Grace wash any past shame or regret away. If there are talents and skills you are timid about, hear My encouragement to bring them forward. I need all of you, not just the pieces you assess as “good enough”. Hold nothing back from My tender gaze. Allow My Light to permeate, warming you at your core and highlighting the Goodness I have designed in you as your Creator. Step out today with confidence in your true worth.
