Stop Being So Crabby

It is in your nature to be joyful, so ask for My help to stop you from being so crabby and anxious. Take a nap, or find ways to rest. Put away the things that are stressing you out for an hour or a day so you can come back to the work I intend for you without dreading it. I never want you working from a place of dread and angst. Let Me help refresh you.

No Need for Self-Doubt

You can trust Me to be present in every encounter and interaction today. My Presence can bring you a sense of calm. Work on identifying when old habits of angst, dread, worry, or fear start to arise. When you recognize those are happening, say to yourself “Out! These feelings don’t belong in my head.” I have designed your day and you are perfectly equipped to handle whatever comes before you, so there’s no need or use for self-doubt. I am with you and for you, and you are needed and valued exactly as you are without any pretenses. You can trust Me.

Surprises Around the Corner

Today is yet another gift from Me. I want you to enter it with joyful anticipation of good things ahead. As you set your mind on a hopeful perspective, your actions and outcomes will follow. When the old ‘dread factor’ tries to pull you down, confront it sternly and say it doesn’t belong here. Don’t let it get you down. No matter what, there is always a reason to hope. Look for enjoyable surprises around the corner and see how I provide delight when you are receptive to seeing it.

When Dread Creeps In

When dread creeps into your thoughts, that’s usually a sign of unfounded worry. Once the real event actually unfolds, you’ll see how My Goodness comes through. Glimpses of Me can show up in just a glance: a view from a car window as you drive; the lilt of someone’s laughter; a call or text that you weren’t expecting but brings delight. My Goodness is the reality and hope you can cling to. Anticipate positive things and feel that burden of anxiety lifted from your chest. I am here, making all things new.
