A Different Side of You

I know you and your deepest thoughts and concerns. I see a different side of you. Where you see cynicism, I see hope. Where you catch negativity, I see a glimpse of possibility. You are not all “bad” and dark; actually, the opposite is true. You are full of Light and Goodness. Others are drawn to you because of it. This is the truth. The critical voice inside tries to block this holy perspective, but you can reject its influence. Be bold with your God-given confidence today, relying on your inherent Goodness. Your Light is needed in the world.

No Need for Self-Doubt

You can trust Me to be present in every encounter and interaction today. My Presence can bring you a sense of calm. Work on identifying when old habits of angst, dread, worry, or fear start to arise. When you recognize those are happening, say to yourself “Out! These feelings don’t belong in my head.” I have designed your day and you are perfectly equipped to handle whatever comes before you, so there’s no need or use for self-doubt. I am with you and for you, and you are needed and valued exactly as you are without any pretenses. You can trust Me.

Do What You Do Well

I am planning to be present in every aspect of your day. You can count on Me to be there with and for you. Take comfort in this and be confident that you are in the right place at the right time with the right talents and abilities to be who you are and to do what you do well. When Troubles Come Crashing In

Sometimes troubles come crashing in. When they do, there is still a way to be at peace: hand it all over to Me. Let Me survey the situation and help pick up the broken pieces. I will help determine which parts to discard, which ones to repair, and which ones to re-purpose. I love to repurpose broken and displaced things. I am with you in all things! So go in peace, where you can be confident and at one with Me and with the world around you.

To Be Truly Loved and Accepted

I am yours; you are Mine. Repeat that to yourself and let it sink deep inside beyond your worries, underneath your stress, and into your very soul. Unravel the doubts, the lament, the self-degradation by using this utter truth. As you settle into knowing that you are Mine, let it permeate your whole being until you find peace. Absorb what it is to be truly loved and accepted. Allow this truth to prepare you for the day ahead, knowing that all else is relatively insignificant. You cannot earn My love, nor can anyone else take it away. Be confident in My ultimate plan for you, and rest in my reassurance.

You Matter

Ponder this in your heart: you matter! You are already forgiven for anything you’ve done wrong in this world, so release the grip that past has on your life. All is well now, and you are free to meet Me here. I send My Holy Spirit to stay with you, so you have a personal guide for how to make daily choices. Talk to Me. Ask My Spirit to help when you feel anxious or troubled. And don’t forget – I am with you FOREVER. You are freed, unshackled, and safe. Whenever you strike yourself down, you wound Me alongside you because we are that intertwined. Use the Power of My Love to build yourself up and others. Your chains are gone and you’ve been set free by My amazing Grace.

Faithful to What is Placed in Your Heart

Be faithful to what I have placed in your heart. Show that faithfulness outwardly to others so that they, too, can find divine purpose and inspiration. You can be confident in trusting that My will is being carried out, and I am making a path for you in the uncharted wilderness. I place people and markers along the way, with Light illuminating what steps to take. Soon there will be a clearing that you will come upon. It’s okay to stay in that open space for a while, absorbing your surroundings and the Light before continuing on your path. Rest, and delight with Me without urgency to move forward just yet.

When You Berate Yourself

You are My beautiful creation. I pride Myself for who you are and ‘how you turned out’. It pains me whenever you try to be something other than yourself, or when you berate yourself. I made you with an engaging personality. It’s not healthy to constantly second-guess your words and actions that come instinctively out of you. Don’t fear being yourself, or even being the center of attention at times. I set up opportunities for you to be there so that My light can shine brightly through you. I in you, you in Me. Your task is to learn to allow for this to be so and walk in this truth.

Concentrate Only on What is Needed

Let Me help you quiet yourself. Listen for My still, small voice saying “I am with you”. When you sense anxiety encroaching upon your thoughts and body, ward it off by grasping My hand in confidence that I am equipping you. I protect you, and you are Mine. No amount of work, tasks, or unanticipated events will take you away from My loving and all-powerful Presence. Sense My nearness, and remember to concentrate only on what is needed today in the present, – especially if your head is filled with other concerns. Breathe. Slow down. I will give you all that you need so you can go with confidence.

Your True Worth

Let’s talk about your value and worth. You tie it to so many unpredictable variables that are fragile, flawed, and ultimately unsupportive. The opinions of others are heavily tainted by their own experiences and opinions, which most of the time has nothing to do with you. The brief moments where you may be acknowledged by or shown appreciation from others will never sustain your inherent sense of being valued. It’s only by looking into My loving gaze that you can see and hold on to your true worth. Turn to Me often to see what “unconditional” means, and allow My tender Presence to heal your bruised ego. I love you just as you are, and you are truly precious cargo that I carry with Me. I deem to protect and treasure you always.
