Learn the art of moving on. I’ve watched you mulling things over to the point of exhaustion, thinking “If only I had done this or that”. These past hurts, injustices, and annoyances bubble to the surface and distract you from the beauty of the present. Instead of ruminating about past conversations and experiences, try releasing them to My attentive care. Take what has been troubling you and leave that baggage on My holy doorstep. Breathe in the peace I offer you in exchange. I can take care of it. Move on as an act of trust, freed from that burdened load. Behold! I am doing something new.
Not So Hard On Yourself
My work will get done. It always does, in due time. The trick is to not be so hard on yourself. Adjust your pace and relax into the day. Life’s struggles are behind you, and I give you memories and experiences to harvest now. All is well. Know Me. Find this quiet time as ripe organic matter fueling you with life-giving material. Enjoy this new phase of knowing I hand everything to you without expectations beyond your capacity. I only call you to what comes naturally.
Stop Paddling
I am a God you can trust. I am the greatest listener, encourager, and healer. Let Me be your rock today, – a solid, sturdy place to stand, sit or rest upon as you see fit for your needs. I provide firm support that is unwavering against waves or stormy weather. You can dock your boat firmly to Me. It’s important to stop paddling now and then and step out of the water. Come to Me for focus and guidance.
Let Joy Rise Through the Cracks
Cut yourself some slack today. I don’t ask for perfection, so why do you do that to yourself? Take time to sit in My Presence until My love-light puts things into perspective. There is no part of you that is not worthy of My love! Rest your weary head on My shoulder until you can clear away destructive thoughts and inner criticism that rattles you. Stay with Me as long as you can. Find peace and assuredness return to your core and let joy rise through the cracks of imperfection.
Know That I Am God
Our connection is true and valid. Faith is not a fake or worthless thing. (Try it again if you haven’t done it in a while). Stop the worldly pace long enough to be still and know that I am God. I want to calm your anxious thoughts, soothe your worried mind, and give you the gift of listening in total love to help soften your edges. I know the big picture for your life. Listen for My voice of love and tenderness for you. Seek Me with all your heart, and find Me already with you. You don’t have to face the world alone; I am here! Now and for always.
High Bar of Expectation
Try not to set yourself up for “failure”. Too often you measure your value by how consistently pleasant, productive, happy, energetic, etc., you are. If you get caught by unplanned demands that cause irritation or setbacks, you become frustrated and irrationally believe you’ll be “falling short”. This high bar of expectation can become damaging to you. Living My way requires flexibility with trust. Know that all things can be accomplished in due time if they are taken on as part of My purpose and My plan. Sometimes it’s in the unplanned events that I am most able to do Good works.
I’ll Guide You
I am not one to speak in secret codes that are intentionally difficult for you to decipher. My messages are of pure intention. Many of My children look to Me for answers about the future, which I don’t reveal until their time. If you pause to seek My Presence and My voice, I will guide you in this present day. You’ll know when I call you to reconcile or when I send others to console you. You can perceive Me listening intently to your worries, pain, fears, and wants. Feed your soul with daily rest, and put on your shoes with intention to walk on the paths I place before you, just one day at a time.
My Light Emanates From You
See My Light filter into any space you enter. Notice how it emanates from you and from others. I am all around! Hear Me encouraging you to believe in yourself and to know and use your beautiful talents as only you can uniquely do. Focus your own heart on service to others and in so doing, serve My Purpose to fill the gaps and needs in this world. Hear Me saying “Well done, My faithful one” at the end of the day. I am Healer and Friend, – the way and the truth, – giving Life.
Reach Out to the Lonely
Reach out to the lonely. Use My kind of eyes to notice the fragile threads of people’s lives. Pay attention to those who feel unaccompanied or disconnected. It doesn’t require much to pause and connect with eye contact, a consoling nod, or sharing a genuine word of encouragement. I will shed light on opportunities to take time and notice others. Recognize the Light in you that provides strength and guidance on holy paths. You are not too broken to be My hand in the world.
Step Out With Confidence
You are My delight, yet you mostly do not recognize it. Why do you have such difficulty believing this? Come to Me. Step forward out of the dark corners you stay shadowed in. I want you to be fully seen. Let My tears of Grace wash any past shame or regret away. If there are talents and skills you are timid about, hear My encouragement to bring them forward. I need all of you, not just the pieces you assess as “good enough”. Hold nothing back from My tender gaze. Allow My Light to permeate, warming you at your core and highlighting the Goodness I have designed in you as your Creator. Step out today with confidence in your true worth.
